I ordered the poached eggs with Hollandaise Sauce and ham. The sauce tasted like mustard mixed with mayonnaise, no taste of butter at all. Yuk! Thank goodness I ordered it on the side so I didn't ruin the eggs, ham and english muffins. The ham quantity was good however it was much too salty for my taste. The english muffin was good. The coffee was fabulous, very robust tasting. The washroom was: take a key, walk next door, then up a long flight of stairs the hold your nose for the very bad smell inside. I do not reccomend this eatery.

Dragon Fly restaurant situated in Carrington st Lismore NSW is absolutely amazing . The food is prepared and cooked on premises and so delicious! We had a Cesar Salad and a Roasted pumpkin and Spinach Quiche.Never had a Quiche like it ! . The Key lime tart was a whole new level and the staff and service was excellent. Highly recommend !

Great friendly service and the breakfast was great-king burger and avo sourdough. We had coffee as well with juice-all so fresh and tasty! Only err was the girl coming out to bring my coffee had her fingers all over my cup instead of the saucer. Other than that would highly recommend this place when visiting Lismore. Thank you!

I had been going here for a while. But after today I won't return which is unfortunate because the food is really nice and well priced. However the table next to us received their meal and after 5 minutes a waitress ran out saying not to eat it that its a meat burger and not the vegan burger they had ordered, the table next to us had explained that he had touch it and eaten chips off of the plate but was happy taking their actual meal. A minute later the waitress came to our table with what looked to be the same beef burger she had just taken from the table next to us and when I asked is that the same burger as she had just taken away from the table next to us she said yes and I asked her to make me a new one as the table had clearly explained they have touched the burger and eaten from it. When I asked the waitress for to re make the burger she rolled her eyes, scoffed and said fine. I've worked in the food industry for many years and that's not okay. Their was no apology and when I tried to ask about my replacement meal they seemed to have no time for me. I underatsnd how busy a cafe can be but this experience was really...

I take my hat off to these people.

We were staying in Ballina and drove here to support the town after the floods. We called ahead to see if we needed to book and were told it wasn't necessary. After a 45 minute drive we got there and it was full. The lady I spoke to on the phone thankfully put a reserve sign on a table for us, which I thought was super cool of her. It was a very popular time when we got there.

The Cafe has a gazebo inside which I think was for the purpose of lighting? They have a small menu of which everything can be done on gas. The coffee was delicious. The staff are all so friendly and grateful for the support. I had a bacon and egg roll and coffee and was very happy with both.

If you are staying within an hour drive of Lismore or can detour on your way to or from your destination, I highly recommend visiting. I don't think one can appreciate the devastation this town has gone through until you drive through the city centre. It is truly unbelievable and heartbreaking. It truly brings you...

Highly recommended. At last a great café / restaurant in Lismore. My wife and I went out for a Saturday night dinner out. The food was excellent (I had the slow cooked lamb with an amazing sauce) the service was great the atmosphere was perfect. I was happy that finally a licensed restaurant let me BYO favorite bottle of red wine and did not hit me up with the old and annoying "sorry sir we are fully licensed" story. I would prefer to pay corkage and drink the wine of my choice rather than to experiment with what ever the restaurant is offering. My wife agrees the food is great the atmosphere is perfect. We...
