1 stop pizza & kebabs — Restaurant in Logan City

Don't order food from this resturant. First bite of chicken snack pack had raw chicken. Called the store, spoke to Naima who said I should have requested the chicken be more cooked and that it was 'normal to have a few bits' of raw chicken. I told her that you can't serve raw chicken, you will make people sick. She just kept saying over and over that I should have ordered it 'more cooked'. I asked to speak to a manager and she said her parents weren't there at the moment. I asked to be called by one of them when they were in and then amazingly her father was put straight on the phone... he said 'we make it more cooked for you'. I said I wanted a refund because a didn't want a restaurant that thought it was ok to serve raw chicken to cook me food. I asked him for a refund and he just stopped talking and wouldn't speak at all. So I waited for a few minutes, then hung up. So instead of an apology for their inedible food, I was told that it was my fault because I didn't ask for the chicken to be cooked. I will be reporting this restaurant to QLD food safety. These guys accept Ubereats orders and take you money while their shop is closed, they have barely edible food yet they still provide terrible service and I have several colleagues within my hospital who have ordered from them and they have taken money and not made or delivered food and when you go to their shop they’re completely closed up despite happily taking people’s money. Avoid ever trying this place. I’m in the process of filing a complaint with the ACCC with these criminals

I have had good kebabs here in the past at lunch time. But this evening was a let down. Served by a young girl. Bad communication after the people who ordered behind me got there large meal first before even starting to make mine. Over did the sauce on the kebab so pretty much the whole taste. The size of the ‘large’ kebab was pretty normal. So would expect a pretty small kebab if I had ordered the regular. I think their younger staff just aren’t that expert in making a good kebab. I will give them another chance but probably only...
