Roll Point & BBQ — Restaurant in Logan City

See attached snips. if you have a small order, you will not be served good food, since it doesn't make any difference to owner. (see other reviews)

First visit three weeks , they served a roll with very dry chicken in the roll, either cooked in morning or overcooked. When i raised my concern with the guy at counter. He just got aggressive and said there food is good, thats how chicken is. if chicken is BBQ, it has to be juicy not dry as jerky. I happen to go again today (my mistake, never going again). I told the guy at counter what happened last time and don't repeat it. Same thing, he got aggressive and started coming at me. He said my order of 2 Rolls doesn't make any difference to his business he gets big orders. If I like it come or don't come. I said I'm just giving my feedback but he wasn't ready to listen since he is too big headed to get big orders despite serving Driest chicken. My partner went down to buy some food the other day and had a very unpleasant experience. He ordered chips payed for it and the lady who served him told him AFTER we payed that their “chip machine”/fryer wasn’t working and didn’t even offer a refund. They didn’t do anything until my partner asked for a chicken burger instead. He hears them heat something up in the microwave and then they threw the burger onto the counter. I understand people have bad days but this was just plain out rude. They also served someone else and treated him respectfully, so makes me think they were judging my partner. My partner and I are always nice to people who work in the food industry but it just really sucks when you have an experience like this. Paratha rolls, biryani, samosa chaat and kashmiri tea.

11 Months Later: prices are up (everything by 4$), quality has gone down with food and customer service. Place used to be busy before. Ordered samosa chaat which was very soggy. All five family members ended up putting it in the bin due to old rotting food, water dripping out of chaat and mushy mess. Price list on the counter was different to what is now edited on the main board. Online prices are old and customers end up paying more. Unfair and ripoff especially with poor quality food.

Additionally I went back to speak with the owner and showed him the quality of his food. I had specifically asked them to make in 45min when we left Ipswich.
