Worst customer service worth for zero starts if the lady i am mentioning below is available during your visiting time.
We are regular customers. We have never seen a worst customer in our life, if there is the young lady without scarf is in duty.
This is not an exaggeration but an advise for all because she will definitely irritate you if you are new, and would like to get the help from her to enquire about a sweet, dine, or pay.
We suffered with her in all of them whenever she is in duty at our visits.
To be precise, she was at the duty on 17th September 2025 from 6pm to 8pm. If we know her name, we could have mentioned it at the review and advise all to refrain visiting Soo sweet if she is there to serve you or price you.
We always get very rude, harsh, and unprofessional response from her. She never likes to save customers even with one sweet at 7.15pm and teplied the shop closes at 8pm. We said we will finish up quickly abd got it for dining. The lady just literally thrown the tray with pastry to us and her face was full of anger. Nobody takes 45 minutes to eat just a pastry. She thought like we ordered at 8pm and dining till 9pm.
We are regular customers as mentioned but never seen this rude lady smile in return if we greet her with a smile and start the conversation. She replies in a "Shut up! Now go away" tone. We need her to be professional and treat the customers with dignity and esteem.
If her attitude remains same, we will even complain the owner about this rude girl at the next possible time we meet the owner in person.
The owner is a very kind lady and she is always available to help and very professionally deal with the customers. Sweets are tasty and of good quality in our experience. 4 stars for food, and 3.5 starts for presentation.
We wish the success to owner with her business, but also advising her regarding the worst attitude showed by her employee.
I have seen lot of comments pointing the bad customer service which I agree for 100%. I believe the owner is reading the comments.
To retain her customers, she must instruct her staff (especially to that non-scarf arrogant girl who was in counter at 17th September Wednesday 6-8pm) on how to respectfully treat the customers by:
Being more humble and polite while explaining the sweets. Because most you get as customers know little about Lebanese sweets and it is your responsibility to help them select what they looking for.
To politely and properly understand the question of customers and answer rather than being arrogant and showing attitude (which that nasty lady do all the time).
Advise your staff to speak with customers with a smile in face rather then being more aggressive in tone. Because we come here to spend the money in a positive way while getting a wholesome experience. This means a lot to customers and...
Read moreIve never seen customer service be this bad in my life. This is not an exaggeration, from the moment we walked in the girl was unwelcoming and honestly rude. First of all, she takes her sweet time serving others as if customers are an inconvenience.
Secondly, my dad ordered a HOT black coffee and she didn’t put the lid on properly so it spilled and now both his hands are fully burnt. Im sure that is some sort of health and safety violation and is unacceptable for a food service. Of course accidents happen but even when it spilled on him and all over the floor she didnt even GLANCE at us??? She didnt say sorry she didnt even seem to care at all. Like girl he just got injured from your actions and ur not even gonna apologise or nothing?
We went to speak to her after she served others explaining what happened and pointing out that she has to make sure its closed properly and she was EVERYTHING BUT APOLOGETIC AND NICE. She was rude, had an attitude and did not seem sorry at ALL like you just injured a paying customer, the least you could do is say sorry.
On top of all this the dubai chocolate didnt even taste like pistachios (isnt that the main ingredient??), honestly this was a TERRIBLE experience, we came in wanting to have a sweet treat but the energy and the customer service put us off completely. Like the girl didn’t smile ONCE! Smiling is FREE so please make use of it. My family and I are extremely disappointed as loyal customers for 5+ years this might’ve been the pivotal point for us and may not ever come again.
Please whoever is the boss or owner, advise your employees to AT LEAST SMILE. We came in on Sunday 18th May at around 5pm. Just smiling alone would make a huge difference. I don’t like to complain but no one likes seeing their relatives get injured at the incompetency of someone else.
Like im just trying to give advice at this point because the experience was worse than horrible....
Read moreI have been coming here for years and often served by a very nice lady. However I bought my friend (visibly not from a Middle Eastern, Mediterranean or South Asian culture) today between 8-8:30pm on my recommendation and she was really excited to have your baklavas. The girls at the counter were unwelcoming and unapproachable from the start. There are no labels for the different variations of baklavas so my friend asked the girl who wears the hijab about the difference. She responded very rudely saying what’s different? Your different is probably different from my different. what does she mean by that?? Her attitude and behaviour was appalling. I bought a non-Muslim non-Arab person to your store and you treat them so disrespectfully. She could have had the decency to be respectful and answer her questions kindly. I would have ignored if she spoke to me like this but not to my friend. Please be kind and helpful when people unfamiliar about the sweets are asking you questions. Your attitude and words leave a...
