Does not deserve 1 star even. Absolutely disgusting food, customer service was horrid, filthy store, a nasty smell lingering in the store. Refunded my order because the worker was huffing, puffing, rolling his eyes because he had to make a fresh one (do his job) he was grumpy, dragging his feet. To know my money was going to that business when they don’t treat their paying customers with respect or kindness, I had to get a refund. Don’t even get me started on the food quality, food sits in the heat Shute all day, stale food that’s been there for hours is not hygienic, can make you sick & result in food poisoning or even worse. If you can’t stand serving the customers or don’t like it, maybe get out of the food industry:) very cringe. When we mentioned our concerns they just laughed & laughed about it. Usually like buying from here but that ends as of today. Most workers are lovely except there always has to be one that's got to be a jerk. Ordered my usual of hot chips with vinegar and as soon as they were handed over I had 1 and they were old and cold . I immediately told the guy and he was rude and abrupt and slammed them on the counter and hastily gave my money back. All I asked for was hot chips. But he was rude and said you can wait 20 mins to half and hour, so I asked could you then replace them with potato gems and he was still rude and said same, so I walked out with my $4 and went 2 doors down and got freshly cooked hot chips in less then 10 mins. Cost a few bucks more but I don't care. So you lose my business. And the star is only because the other...

It's alright here. However, first time I've ever been there I had some of their chips with gravy (which was cold ish), I ended up getting food poisoning and which made me feel horrible and fainted, which resorted in having a scar on my eye lid. I know this review went a little extreme, but this really isn't a place I recommend unless you want cheap food. I've heard from others that they make okay...
