Been getting pizza here since we moved locally~ 2 years ago. Generally good pizza, hit and miss with the sides, today it took a hour to get the pizza since it was initially delivered to the wrong address, got offered the pizza and the side to be remade, the pizza came back soggy and hot meaning it was the original pizza heated up again.. dissapointing, won't be ordering dominoes again untill we move to another catchment. Didn't want to complain again since it's been a 80 minutes since we ordered initially. Despite better judgement we ordered from this store a week ago and it was ok! But then Tonight is the second time this store has completely let us down. Pizza sat in the store, finished, since 18:53 untill it was delivered at 19:12. That's nearly 20 minutes, DESPITE the 20minute guarantee. It came warm, soggy and gross. When I called the store to enquire they hung up on me. Last time the pizza went to the wrong address. I ordered a plain cheese pizza and paid extra for paneer, pineapple and extra mushrooms, a pretty simple request. What I received was honestly jaw-dropping in the worst way. I’ve never had a pizza this bad before. I was so hungry that I ended up eating it anyway, but I had to call immediately to complain.
At first, the manager told me it wasn’t their store, even though our records clearly showed it was. I called again, and to their credit, the manager the second time was understanding and offered free pizzas next time, which I appreciated. Still, the experience left a really sour taste. I felt let down and genuinely unsure if I’ll want to order again - and that’s saying a lot from someone who’s always loved pizza.

He was efficient, kept the store running smoothly, and made sure my order was perfect. On top of that, he had a great attitude, always checking in with customers and ensuring everyone was happy. It’s rare to see someone so dedicated to their job, and it really made the experience feel special.
