The Queenslander — Restaurant in Logan City

What a horrible night it was at The Queenslander Waterford West tonight. The staff were rude especially Taliah (name given by manager) who rolled her eyes in front of me when I said the manager had to come to me since I had not long gotten out of hospital.

We were told to go and order our meals so they could all come out together (mind you not in an inviting way this was said), meals were stuffed up, meals came out known as one meal but in fact wasn't that meal it was in fact one that was ordered by us and then left on the table for 20 minutes or more before Lachlan took it to the bar and said its not ours but in fact we find out it was and then expected to eat it (nope we demanded a replacement).

Meals that were ordered first came out very last and cold, size portions were all over the shop to the point of being half the size of the excat same.

Being told we can't order a child's meals because there was only one child well no there was 2 and also we had 2 people that eat like sparrows and we asked for kids meals for them but got told nope, also got told nope we can't catter for dietary needs etc.....

Omg if I kept going, I would take up fb all together. Also before anyone says not to name and shame, I have already told the manager I will be.

We went for Mothers Day dinner. Had a large group and booked a table outside. Was right next to kids play area which was good for us but everyone else had to squeeze up behind us to get in. They didn’t seem overly busy. Some of us ordered online, some at the bar. I waited 20 mins before I approached the bar as I hadn’t received our drinks. The people in our party that ordered last got their food first. They were eating and we still didn’t have our garlic bread. After over an hour the rest of the food started coming. I just received my meal then was told the other steak we ordered was sold out so we agreed to take the cheaper one, no refund offered. It then took another half hour and came out with wrong sides and wrong sauce. They eventually brought the correct ones. A kids chicken nuggets took 1.5 hours and our garlic bread came out last. The staff did their best and were clearly frazzled. The manager offered a free round of drinks but the night was already ruined. This was the first time trying this place and although the food was pretty good, the wait time and mix ups were really stressful and disappointing, not the relaxed Mother’s Day dinner I...

The place is horrible The staff are absolutely rude and utterly disrespectful. When we arrived our table wasn't set at all. When we addressed it to them they just said "go over there" where a table wasnt set up woth plates or anything. The ballons we gave them were absolutely ruined and tangled together. The manager Shayne that was on the 15th of march at 6pm he was absolutely rude and cocky he just tried to shoo us away by just saying "oh no they didn't". Also the staff dropped cutlery on the floor while setting the table up and then place it on the table like nothing happened. He then tried to make us go away by saying " ill give you free stuff" but that didnt resolve the issue the staff that was on was still rude. The waitress that we had gave us absolute attitude. Then as we were talking to the manager she tried to have a go at us. Overall this dining experience...
