I have never experienced anything as bad as I did tonight! We went through drive-through, we get to the pay/pick up window and had to repeat our whole order. The lady behind the till didnāt know what our order was. Even though we were told the total price of our meal at the speaker box. Then we were asked to park in the waiting bay. When we received our order it was wrong we asked for a picklebird box, redās box ,three piece kids, nugget meal and a six piece kids nugget meal we didnāt receive our picklebird box meal, so I took it back in to get the right meal that we paid for the lady behind the counter had no idea what I was saying so she went and got someone else. The other lady came out and said whatās wrong. I told her that we ordered this and this is the burger that we got.(showing her my receipt ) and we didnāt receive our mash and gravy either She said okay Iāll change it for you. She went out the back and said to one of the employees. This is the wrong burger we need a picklebird burger. She comes back and a few minutes later and gives me a burger and gravy and says is gravy okay. I said well it will have to be.
While I was waiting I noticed the restaurant was very messy. There was rubbish all over the floor, orders everywhere, no one seem to know what they were doing. There was employees speaking to other employees very rudely, loud enough for the customers to hear. This is the worst experience I have ever heard we wonāt be coming back to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUnfortunately the service here has gone downhill recently. Last time we waited for about 10 minutes in the drive through before being told to park around the front. We did so, then were promptly forgotten about. The guy ahead of us, who had also been told to park, got out of his car and went into the store to get his food in person after waiting for 20 minutes. We waited about 10 more minutes before doing same, only for the counter staff to completely ignore us. More than 30min total to get our food, we didn't even order much, just for two people.
The icing on the cake was getting home and discovering that instead of my Chasers Box, there was just one small sub (the wrong flavour) and small chips, no burger or gravy/mash; basically a kid's meal. And instead of my partner's Rippa Roll Combo, he got a Rooster Roll. The only correct part of our order was the drinks. We had paid full price and received half our order - but it wasn't worth going back and waiting another 30min to have it fixed.
Not sure if it's a staff training issue or whether it's poor management and understaffing, either way we definitely won't be back...

I assumed the Manager wouldāve briefed the staff about today being extremely busy and to have all pre-orders ready for pick up. This was not the case. My husband pre-ordered 2 x chickens and we waited for over an hour for them. Another family pre-ordered 4 x chickens two weeks ago and waited longer. There was no system, we checked in when we arrived and it didnāt show up on their system. We were asked 4 times what our order was over which was concerning. The staff were also making half made orders and leaving them on the bench. There were bags everywhere. I could see the short blonde girl with the fake lashes was trying her best but the one who really got things moving was this Polynesian girl. She kept chasing up our order with the staff out the back who were very unprofessional. Iāll never return to this store because of my experience today. I hope this store reviews its procedures, Manager and staff, and promote the Polynesian girl....
