Hey guys, I don't review places ever unless I think it's worth reviewing good or bad. I'm upset to say that this was the worst meal I've ever eaten from any restaurant, I don't understand how the special fried rice was so over cooked and dry, but the meat tasted undercooked, the won ton soup was feral, the soup tasted like murky water and the won tons tasted like the pork was rotten and wrapped in hard egg noodle batter.
The wait would have been completely fine if this was actually edible by anyone other than the roaches I don't want to poison my dogs so they aren't getting any.
I'm very upset that I just spent $60 and 40 minutes waiting for this food that my finance and I were both so excited for just for myself and my fiance to barely get 2 spoon fulls in our mouths to realise this was horrid.
What a joke.
Don't eat here until the chefs are gone or whoever made this meal learns to cook properly and quicker.
Sorry to leave a bad word but I hope this finds you well and helps you move forward to being the restaurant you can be and bring back the delicious exotic foods that can be...
Read moreWe had been to the restaurant recently and it was great so we decided to stop in again but what a mistake that was.
We ordered chicken chow mein, fried rice, crispy rainbow beef and a chicken and corn soup, spring rolls and won tons. The only good thing was the spring rolls and wontons. The ‘crispy’ rainbow beef was far from crispy which I will tolerate if we take away…. Except we were eating in so one would expect something to stay crispy from the kitchen to the table. The chicken chow mein was awful had a strange sauce to it that more resembled a very bland Singapore noodle dish. The soup essentially tasted like the sesame oil lid fell off while they were making it.
The service was good until we asked if they perhaps cooked the wrong noodle dish as the last time we ordered it was totally different and really delicious which is why we returned but she was adamant that it was correct and we must have made a mistake but we only ever order chicken chow mein and crispy beef.
Overall this restaurant is overall expensive for what you get and...
Read moreAbsolutely disgusting. Inedible. We have had hibiscus deliver many times over the last few years and it was always ok...... average suburban Chinese take out. I decided to order a pick up meal a couple weeks ago, I walked into a restaurant that smelt like it has a damp problem with the couches in the waiting area looking like something a dog has been sleeping on and all ripped up. The place hasn't had a freshen up since the 1980's by the look of it. I had a bad feeling paying for the food and returned home. The Crispy duck dish I'm pretty sure started out as a roast a few days beforehand and definitely didn't smell or taste right. Major fail. Old roast resurrected in messy batter and fried does not constitute a Chinese dish fit for sale. Likewise the omelettes and fried rice were horrible. This place isn't just bad, you are risking your health eating here....
