2nd Visit : All in on this deal and can you believe it, they actually we're better than the first visit even though they were damn near perfect both times ....WOW ๐
These honestly are absolutely delicious , and this place should have a line out the door and down the street.
If I could critique anything, it would be their location. Move that business to springwood & clean up as no one is doing pizza around that area ๐ and it's close to home ha ha ๐
1st visit :
Okay, I've eaten a lot of pizza over the years and given pretty consistent reviews. This place has great quality pizza and uses only the freshest of ingredients , plus it's the real deal wood fired pizza . Given this was our first visit, We never go all in without taking a couple of samples, so we are now regretting not trying more . Around the room, we gave consistent 8.1 + ๐. where we scored low, which was purely personal taste , but found the fennel to be a smidge overbearing in the traditional sausage . Equally, the pepperoni was a little spicy for our pallets . But the fresh bases, tomato sauce, and mosserella were absolutely banging . On our next visit, we will definitely be assembling an MYO in that lineup and, at minimum, getting olives, anchovies, ham, and pineapple ! The service was top notch, and to be honest, you can't complain about their prices as they were as you would expect for top-quality...

The wood-fired oven pizzas are the highlight, with a crispy crust and a perfect balance of toppings. The menu features a variety of options, from classic Margherita to more adventurous choices like the Paradiso, which is a must-try.
The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy and inviting, making it a great place for both casual dining and special occasions. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The service is generally quick, even during busy times, which is a big plus.
One of the standout features of Mosaic Pizza is their commitment to quality ingredients. The fresh, locally sourced produce and hand-stretched dough make a noticeable difference in taste. They also cater to dietary preferences with gluten-free and vegan options available, which is appreciated by many customers.
While the pizzas are fantastic, some patrons have noted that the prices are slightly higher compared to other local pizzerias. However, the quality and flavor justify the cost for most visitors.
Overall, Mosaic Pizza offers a memorable dining experience with delicious pizzas, excellent service, and a warm atmosphere,...

By chance we visited Mosaic after an office works trip.
We checked reviews which were good. We tossed up between Mosaic and the Indian place next door (top tip, owned by the same people).
Out of curiosity, i tried the Arachidi Pizza which has a satay sauce base.
I have lived in Brisbane and Sydney and have had Pizzas from a silly number of mainstream and boutique pizza places from Dominoes to Crust and everything in between.
My partner and i can honestly say, this Pizza is our favourite ever, period.
We will be going back to to try one of each and then to the Indian place next door to try one of everything.
Just try it. Spend $17.90 and...
