The Foxy Coffee — Restaurant in Logan City

I took a friend here for her 88th birthday here for coffee & cake. They said we couldn't book but luckily there was a table for 2 under the gap between 2 umbrellas. The table's lacquer was rather diminished having flaked off. All the outdoor tables seemed the same. It was very busy and I asked how things were done and took 2 menus. As I went to return to our table I mentioned that it required clearing. The girl said she'd get around to it in a while!!! Does no-one know how to train hospitality staff anymore? I took it back when I went to order.

There were barely any cakes left. When my friend asked for the cheesecake she was told they don't carry it anymore.... So why is it written on the glass cabinet? There were Danishes, however I had wanted the cakes that were fit for a birthday that were on their website.

Admittedly we did not have to wait for the only cake that was left and the coffee followed quickly on from then and all served with a smile.

It's just a shame the table was so scrappy! If they can't be sanded back and oiled instead, then use...

Food and coffee was incredible but service was extremely slow and it felt like none of the waitresses wanted to work there. Took an hour for food to come out. We thought they had forgotten us but noticed people who had ordered before us also hadn’t received theirs yet. It wasn’t super busy either and was around 10.30 on a Sunday. We had a tough time just trying to get a glass of water. There were no bottles or glasses available at the self serve area so we asked if they had extra which they said they would bring over. The bottle was delivered with no cups so we asked someone else if we could get cups because there was none on the self serve area still. The waitress apologised and said she would get cups which she soon forgot about. After waiting a while we politely followed up the cups with another waitress and we got a sassy “you can get cups yourself!” Which felt very embarrassing and unfair. However I would like to come back for the amazing food but might just order to takeaway...

PERFECT Coffee!

What an amazing place to eat and enjoy your coffee.

Went on Sunday to have breakfast with my family, we were welcomed with a smile and the service was quick and prompt, regardless of how busy this place was.

We order Cap and Latte and i was amazed to see how the Barista did justice with high quality perfectly roasted beans. Coffee was 10/10, perfect temperature, amazing taste and excellent presentation.

We also ordered Eggs Benedict and Avo on Run with mushrooms. The food was well presented and it was even better in taste, it was made to perfection in no time. Our daughter had strawberry milkshake and she loved it.

I am so glad that i found and went to this place and met Foxy (lovely lady). The staff was very friendly and professional with ears to listen.

Place is busy so make sure you ring them before you go, especially over the weekend.

Plenty of parking available.
