Taco Bell Beenleigh — Restaurant in Logan City

The staff today around 1.40pm 28th feb were so lovely! On Sunday night I had an Uber order which, through no fault of staff, they had no chips (ran out) but for some reason it was still letting people order, so I rang up (I didn’t know the issue at the time) and the lady apologised genuinely as they wernt able to stop the order apps coming through (they had given churros instead) but she said because of the inconvenience that she could give me a code to get a free meal for next time, which was nice as I was not really expecting anything. Then come to today I came in the drive through and my code sadly I must have not copied it correctly, but the team were lovely and they honoured it anyways and even added in a churros. It was a nice touch as I was having a hard day already, something so small and a nice easy interaction has really turned my day around....

Pretty disappointed tonight. Been before with no issues but, tonight, we stood around for 5min waiting to even be acknowledged, if busy even a won't be long or sorry about the wait would be acceptable. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant so assuming most orders were for food delivery drives to collect if they were that busy. After ordering there was still a huge wait for the order, again wouldn't complain if the order was correct and food was warm. My daughter got the stacked 'hot' chips and the chips where cold, her churros were missing. Yes we should have checked this before leaving but also feel like if we order and pay we should get what is on that receipt without being expected to check ourselves. Made what was supposed to be a rewarding night stressful. More staff should be put on Saturday nights or at least some kind of half decent...

I have been to this store 2 - 3 times around night time around 9.30pm but they never served me, staff who work there is extremely rude and unprofessional . Girls who do night shift at this store are clowns . Both times I went through drive through but left without ordering because they said they can't take order as they are doing closing but store closed at 10pm and I went there 9.30. I think there is a racial component behind their rude and arrogant behaviour. I am never going back there because i don't want to get racially abused by school dropouts and staff who work their don't deserve this job because they are turning customers away with their behaviour and attitude. Completely dissapinted. I request taco bell to close this store...
