Purchased a whole roast duck here for $38.00 and I asked for one of those plastic fruit and vegetable bags to put the box of duck in because it was greasy and oily, but the old Chinese lady at the front counter refused to give me a bag .... when she had a full roll sitting on the table.... this was so rude and extremely stingy considering we are paying customers driving a significant distance to their restaurant in Malaga and spend almost $40.00 and be denied a single plastic bag to put the food item in.....The conduct of the old Chinese lady at the front counter is an absolute disgrace...I am Chinese myself and I feel it's totally humiliating and embarrassing to the Chinese race.... the staff here are RUDE, PATHETIC and simply do not know how to do business .... NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE....Go elsewhere, plenty of other Chinese restaurants in Perth! I won't even mind paying a bit more for my roast duck, at least I know the staff at another restaurant will not fuss over a single fruit and veg plastic bag.... Essentially it is NOT about the fact that we spent $38.00, it is the PRINCIPLE that matters the most.... So, BBQ King have just lost two regular loyal customers over saving themselves one plastic bag...IT'S A JOKE ISN'T IT? We will take our business elsewhere .... By the way, this restaurant has not even got toilets.... Probably because they do not want customers using their water or toilet paper.... Good luck trying to get a second napkin if you dine there. It's not the poor who are stingy, it's the rich ones who...

If you are paying by card surcharge applies always.
Taste: 7/10 (The Satay sticks was only the good one I tried here). The Soup noodles was really dull in taste and very oily. The roasted duck was not tender and felt very old. The temperature of the foods were not remarkable but considerate. The noodles was balanced with proper meat quantity but felt like it was precooked for very long since the noodles felt rubbery.
Environment: Extremely noisey because they are chopping the ducks and other meats near the counter. Not much seating area but not bad either. Clean and low lightings. Few parkings available though.
Recommendation: The prices are well enough compared to other Chinese restaurants, but not the best dishes.

Read moreIf I could choose zero rating, I would. Backstory: we ordered a whole roasted pig prior 3 days because that was the rule and so we did. They took down our order and told us when to come. Gave us 2 option with our payment and we agreed to paying face to face when we got there after 3 days.
An old lady came out and started interrupting us everytime we told them why we had gone there. She was the same lady on the phone with us and somehow she said she has no memory nor notes taken down for the call. So now our new years food is gone and we wasted our time going for a long trip just to end up with a lady getting mad at us.
Another thing that concerned us is how they said the pig costed 460 through the phone but their pricing in the store said 420. So now they...
