I recently had the pleasure of dining at Veit Hong, a Vietnamese restaurant that left a lasting impression. The restaurant's commitment to accessibility was evident from the moment I arrived, as they had excellent wheelchair accessibility, making it easy for everyone to enjoy a delicious meal.
Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was attentive and accommodating, ensuring that all guests felt welcome. As a lover of spicy food, I was particularly impressed by their outstanding chili sauce. It added a perfect kick to the dishes without overpowering the flavors.
The menu offered a wide variety of authentic Vietnamese dishes, each prepared with fresh and high-quality ingredients. From the savory pho to the flavorful spring rolls, every bite was a delight to the taste buds. The presentation of the dishes was also impeccable, showcasing the care and attention to detail put into each meal.
In addition to the delectable cuisine, the restaurant's ambiance was relaxed and comfortable, creating an enjoyable dining experience. The attention to accessibility and the outstanding chili sauce truly set Veit Hong apart as a must-visit Vietnamese restaurant for anyone seeking a memorable culinary adventure. I highly recommend this establishment to both food enthusiasts and those in search of wheelchair-friendly...
Read moreWe pulled in here randomly for a lunch as we love Vietnamese. I remember going here once when I was younger with my mother and remembering that the crispy skin chicken served with fried rice was very nice. We ordered the crispy skin chicken with friend rice of course as well as the wonton soup and chicken pad Thai. The meals were subpar and slightly disappointing. The pad Thai was the standout dish as it was fresh and the flavours were delicious, disappointing (and this is from a personal perspective) they used thigh meat instead of breast. We are very much breasts over legs kind of people 🤣. The wonton soup was ok with the broth being actually the highlight of that dish. The crispy skin chicken served with fried rice was again only available with a leg and thigh (no wing or breast option) and was fragrant but dry and the fried rice was similar in nature. Perhaps it isn’t for us personally with so many other great Vietnamese...

When we were come out, the table was cleaned and a customer was sitting there ( there were so many other empty tables available). I was complainted to the staffs, but they had nothing to do with it, not even apologize and milk shake is gone as we paid for it! Wonder it is because this viet Hong turn empty room in dinner time after a...
