Pho 4 U Vietnamese Restaurant — Restaurant in Western Australia

We went to the restaurant to eat, and ordered 4 dishes to bring back home for family, when we finished eating, we waited for a long time but they we didn’t see the staff saying the food was done, I went to the counter and waited for 5 minutes, the staff turned their backs at me. When I asked had the food I ordered finished ? The girl looked at me without saying anything, turned her back to me continue working, I walked down to the table to sit, and waited another 20 minutes. There was a tall girl came to the table said to my face :” you must pay first, then we can give you the food “.

I came to the counter and pay , came back to the table sit down waited, finally she brought a box of food out to the table…

After half an hour later we found out there was no noodle for phở, just soup. I called the restaurant and they said to me: “ They will bring noodles to my house, after 2 hours, 9 pm I didn't see it. , I called back the restaurant they said: “busy can't talk to me about the noodles “…

I probably never want to go back to that restaurant again, because...

There is a clear effort gone to with the owners of this business to cut the costs of food. Meat in soups is extremely thin cut and there is little to find in dishes. One dish that always has greens separately, wasnt offered until asked about. When the tiny small thermos of tea ran out, they wanted $3 for another one. And our thermos was not even full when opened.

The menu showed signs of price increases (tacky for sure) and no napkins offered. When we did get them, we got ONE ! and it was cheap and nasty piece of napkin.

It is not real VN food when the ingredients are cut back and their bún bò huế soup is primarily noodles! Once the tiny bits of meat are eaten (all 5 of them) there is only noodles left.

Owners: go and see what Trangs of Girrawheen do for this dish...then you will have an idea of how to offer proper food experiences.

Will not be back and sorry made a mistake to go there. Staff seemed nice however...its not their fault!!

Went in for dinner yesterday, for my mother’s birthday. Because unfortunately, the other Vietnamese restaurant was close. We were disappointed with the service and food that was delivered to us. We ordered Pho, expecting high expectations for this signature dish. But to only be delivered with just majority of soup, not to mention the noodles looked like instant packet of noodles that could just be made at home. There were more soup than noodles! The other foods were okay, but the presentation of the foods were not so appetising and portion appropriate. Not to also mention their presentation of seating area and tables were not the best. The tables were very cramped together. Making it hard for other customers to move around comfortably. This would be our last time visiting this restaurant. I hope the staff takes customers reviews into...
