Mama Bella's Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Manunda

Absolutely apalling experience tonight for my sons combined birthday with the whole family Firstly, table was reserved for 630pm for 5 adults and 2 high chairs... only to arrive and they said our reservation was late as they put down 6pm... no high chairs for my kids Then, ordered all together 6 meals plus entrees Only 1 entree came out, and we had to prompt for the others to come out When the other 2 came out it came out with 1 main...? Then 3 other mains followed 10 minutes later We then had to prompt MULTIPLE times for my mother's MAIN MEAL which never came out at all... when it did come out it was dry and inedible so was left... as well as the fact everyone had finished their meals Such an exxy dinner for dismal service, food and experience We left with my babies cake to enjoy elsewhere I completely understand being busy, which we had no issues with... however this was beyond a joke Will not come here again...

We recently stayed at the resort and had dinner at Mama Bella's and I must say it was delicious. The pizza's were cooked perfectly with just the right amount of topping and the house made lasagne was amazing. The kids shared a calzone for dessert, but I'm a sucker for a tiramisu so hade to give it a go and it did not disappoint! The staff were also so lovely (as they always are at this resort) and noting was too much trouble for them. I will certainly be back and will tell my friends to...

While there for my grandsons birthday, we had the worst experience. Entres came out with mains, 1 main we waited 56 minutes for and when it finally arrived the chicken was rubbery and cold. The main staff were rude, and when we asked to see the manager, he could not be bothered coming to meet with us. I will NEVER eat here again or recommend this place to anyone. I would.give zero...
