Really disgusted by staff and disappointed about the length of time and dismissal it took to collect a phone order.. order was made and confirmed and showed it was being prepared arrived in plenty of time before it was cooked to sit and wait and be tested like a moron each time I asked politely about where said order was! First time was 6:20 pm to be told it wasn’t ready by the second and third time unknown to be told that it would be another 5-10 mins for staff to be rude and giggle and make jokes about myself so still composed I sat there for a further 30 mins watching people walk in and order and walk out with there pizzas and have staff giggle and whisper at me finally at 7-30pm I approached counter to be helped by an awesome staff member who was a delivery driver the entire time whilst trying to find order he was continually interrupted by other staff members now wanting to be helpful till I asked them to stop and go away. The young man found my order that was sitting there with no receipt on it and had been ready since I walked in!!! So thanks domino’s nearly $100 dollars worth of pizza and sides to drive home to feed 8 kids five which are under 7 and two adults only to discover they where absolutely inedible no matter what we tried to rectify them not only were they cold and hard to add insult it chipped my tooth on the crust. So thanks domino’s for ruining dinner and having 8 hungry crying kids wait whilst I defrosted meat and prepare dinner only for them to eat another two hours later. Don’t often get takeaway because of logistics only to be let down beyond belief. No sorry for wait by interrupting staff members or offered for meal to be cooked again.. only for a delivery driver to fix and apologise when he had been flat out doing work...

We ordered the 4 pizzas 4 sides deal last night (new years Eve) .We acknowledge that they were busy ,you would think they would still send out quality food to keep their customers happy ,wasn’t the case for my household.The pizzas delivered to my household was disgraceful,two were replaced ,still not of standard for a human to eat, nor would I put my pooch through the ordeal of eating it .The prawn pizza looked as though it was dropped ,part of it was mangled ,you could tell by the ruined box.All of them burnt ,tried a bit of the Hawaiian and it was burnt and tasteless ,couldn’t taste the sauce at all it was disgusting.All had to be put in the bin .Garlic bread seemed like it was microwaved.The only decent thing about this meal was the soft drink.I would like all of our money refunded please ,all of $72 please .We had to go elsewhere for food ,so the refund would be nice thanks otherwise that’s our money completely wasted.We won’t be buying dominoes ever again. If I could give 0 stars I would .Certainly not a good way to keep your customers wanting to come back that’s for sure.No one should be expected to consume it .We should’ve gotten all replaced ,except the ones that were replaced were also not consumable .Would like our $72...

I ordered domino's at 6.33pm that's the confirmation email time, order was for a delivery less than 1k away, rang to find out what was happening with my order at 7.16pm and told sorry they are busy and will be next order delivered. I asked if pizza was cook and they said yes, it's in the hit box. yay great my pizza was getting cold and soggy. at 7.38 my pizza was finally delivered, wrong drink, was offer cash back and I declined. told the delivery guy have a good night it's not your fault. took pizzas inside and opened the box. what was supposed to be a godfather with no itialian sausage looked like a sad pepperoni pizza with 10 pieces of pepperoni and sme cheese. very sad looking pizza.rang to complain and get it remade and was hung up on. rang back and talked to a kid and was told no manager was on tonight due to covid. well maybe you should have closed. I feel sorry for the kids...
