First time I went into store to order I had to wait 5 minutes just to get someone to come out to serve and copped a unhappy young girl with a foul look on her face who said “ you right “ not a nice welcoming. Got food after a wait and pretty much thrown at me over the counter. Thought after a couple months maybe give another try. Went in again ordered a chicken burger was faced with the same type of reception and received a stone cold burger took straight back and they said sorry well give you another one only took 2 minutes so I think they must have zapped the same one in a microwave as a few hrs after I had eaten it I had stomache pains and was sick I suggest you get better customer service with a smile trained in proper food handling practices. 22/11/23 approx 12.30pm. Ordered regular Tropicana pack with no drink, after a short pause by the microphone assistant I was informed I can not have a Tropicana Pack without the drink.? I promptly cancelled my order and went some where else for lunch. I asked the assistant when exiting the drive through how long has it been since you have to take a drink with your order and was told about a month or so. ? I used to enjoy a Tropicana Pack but I guess I wont be having Red Rooster any time soon or at least until they stop dictating what I can order. Last couple of meals missed the mark, honestly the last meal was so far from the mark that I have to stop ordering from here, so just to start with chicken rolls should have more chicken than sauce, the chicken strips should be cooked and firm not wet like a noodle, the chips are always undercooked in this store and seem raw in the centre, all of the sauces taste strangely wrong, potato and gravy looked grey and not right, potato was lumpy idk how you can make lumpy instant potatoes and coleslaw seemed to be missing the dressing.
