We had an amazing dinner at 3 Brothers on Chapel Indian Restaurant, and it truly stands out as an authentic Indian dining experience on Chapel Street! The menu offers a perfect blend of classic street food dishes and traditional mains, all served in an intimate, welcoming setting. Here’s what we tried: 🍗 Chicken 65 – Absolutely the best in Melbourne! Perfectly spiced and cooked to perfection. 🥦 Spicy and Sweet Cauliflower – A unique dish that we couldn’t get enough of. 🍖 BBQ Platter – A flavorful mix of starters that we absolutely loved. 🍛 Butter Chicken – Hands down, the best in Melbourne! 🍲 Chicken Karahi – Bursting with rich, authentic flavors. 🍚 Beef Biryani – Fragrant, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. 🍖 Goat Curry – Tender, rich, and packed with authentic spices. 🥘 Indian-Style Keema Naan – A must-try, paired perfectly with their freshly baked naans. For dessert, we couldn’t resist their handmade Mango Ice Cream – an absolute must-try! And to wrap it all up, their Masala Chai added the perfect comforting finish to our meal. One thing that truly sets this place apart is the warm hospitality and great value for money. The staff made us feel so welcome, and the food was nothing short of exceptional. Highly recommend 3 Brothers on Chapel for anyone craving authentic Indian food with a side of heartwarming service!

You cannot clean your kitchen equipment in the laneway. The grease will wash into the storm water drain and then into Port Phillip Bay. You have already been warned by Stonnington Council. I saw your reply just now. You are just making excuses. There are more photos of you pressure washing your kitchen vents in the laneway. Do you want me to post those as well? And one more thing. Before winter, you were leaving your rear roller door open all day which leads directly to your kitchen. This bypasses the ventilation system and increases the likelihood of odours entering my property. I'm vegan and I don't want to smell meat cooking. It also gives vermin easy access to the premises. Food businesses must take all practicable measures to prevent pests from entering or living in the food premises. This includes ensuring that entry points are sealed so that you don't put the public's health at risk. See S24 of the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code - Standard 3.2.2 - Food Safety Practices and General Requirements. This a very basic food safety requirement, which any food business should know, but one you appear to be blissfully unaware of or wantonly disregarding.

The BEST Indian food in Melbourne!!! My partner and I dined here on Sunday and were absolutely blown away by how delicious and fresh the food was- and none of the food colouring either - you can tell it’s just pure delicious authentic food made from scratch! It’s our new go-to for dinner!!! The food I was so good that we are on a mission to try everything from the menu and see what other gems we discover! The restaurant was SPOTLESS (LOVE IT!!) and the staff were really warm and friendly and attentive. We had the best samosas ever- crunchy and perfect pastry and delicious filling (not oily AT ALL- didn’t even know that was possible!!!) then we had the Brothers Special Chicken Malai Tikka- and we both agreed it is hands down the best dish we have tasted out of all cuisines (not just Indian). We continued with chicken Biriyani, Butter Chicken, Chicken Madras, Naan and Roti .each dish was amazing, and the flavours were balanced and delicious and we asked for mild, and we GOT mild!! Absolutely delicious!!! Oh and the Pistachio Kulfi was gorgeous aswell! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

Review for 3 Brothers Indian Restaurant on Chapel Street

Rating: ★★★★☆ (4/5)

I recently dined at 3 Brothers on Chapel Street and had a delightful experience. This cozy Indian restaurant offers a welcoming ambiance with its warm décor and friendly staff.

Food: The menu is extensive, featuring a wide array of traditional Indian dishes. I particularly enjoyed the Chicken Tikka Masala, which was rich and flavorful, and the Lamb Rogan Josh, which was tender and well-spiced. The Garlic Naan was the perfect accompaniment, soft and buttery. The vegetarian options were equally impressive, with the Paneer Butter Masala standing out as a creamy and delicious choice.

Service: The service was prompt and attentive. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. They were also accommodating to dietary preferences, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Ambiance: The restaurant has a charming and intimate setting, ideal for both casual meals and special occasions. The décor is a mix of traditional and modern elements, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

Value for Money: The prices are reasonable for the quality and portion sizes offered. It's a great spot for a flavorful and satisfying meal without breaking the bank.

Overall, 3 Brothers on Chapel Street is a fantastic choice for anyone craving authentic Indian cuisine. Whether you're a fan of spicy curries or prefer milder flavors, there's something on the menu for everyone. I look forward to returning and trying more dishes from their...
