the name of this place is offensive... Google the definition of 'chapel'... and on your website the history of the building is stated clearly.. so if this building has been used for all sorts of so called 'entertainment' ...the name should have been changed to something else long ago..... is this a deliberate act by the council not to enforce the name change? I find it hard to believe that no one has raised this issue.... we live in a democratic society ....so I am allowed to express my opinion.....maybe the new name of this place should be 'depths of depravity'........think about it....I'm not impressed by the content shown on your website nor do I care for the 'events' you...

I saw Katy Steele there a week ago doing her rock ballards and she was totally amazing, despite a few tech issues at the start. It was so close and personal which is part of the Chapel off Chapel experience. Acoustics were awesome, I really felt the music through me, especially her beautiful & powerful voice. The back drop of the chapel stained glass window creates a whole atmosphere on its own. Being close to front, on the side I had to swivel on the hard plastic seat to not strain my neck, but forgot all about it once the music started.
