9 Meal Cafe and Nepalese Restaurant — Restaurant in Melbourne

If an eatery is empty of customers while every other vendor surrounding it is chockers, that's your first clue that something is going wrong. Abysmal customer service is what's going wrong at 9 meals. Upon entering the "establishment" I was greeted like a fertilizer salesperson. Food's fine however I would like to question why 9 meals sprukes itself as a "Halal" establishment when there's so much bacon on the menu??? And FYI 9 meals, Eggs Benedict is NOT served with bacon. You've got your ham OR given that you so proudly advertise as Halal, smoked salmon which would have be a closer bet. They'll be closed by the end...

A staff member here was so rude. I can’t comment on the food as I was eating from a neighbouring restaurant. I was sitting with people of varying needs, including someone who needs a walking frame and people with disabilities, when a staff member yelled at us. She rudely demanded we moved, screamed at us about not cleaning up after us and something about the council. We promptly moved but the signage was not clear and it was a genuine mistake. Worse experience we had with this cafe as we traveled almost from regional to try their food. We saw their promotional video which was also a scam hardly any savings from main menu prices its just to attract customers. We ordered mild egg chowmeins which when served was super hot and when told they just replaced one which was also medium. Not sure why they promoting if they don’t have good food, good service and good seating capacity. Not recommending this restaurant specially if you are going after seeing their videos. Not...
