I recently dined at this restaurant with high expectations, only to be met with a frustrating policy that left me deeply disappointed. While the food itself was undeniably delicious, the experience was marred by a policy that I can only describe as completely absurd and customer-unfriendly. Allow me to elaborate.
Our party had made two separate reservations, one for six people and another for five people. Upon arrival, we were astounded to learn that despite numerous unoccupied tables, we were not allowed to sit together. This arbitrary restriction immediately struck us as illogical and insensitive to our needs as a group.
To make matters worse, the restaurant staff had the audacity to inform us that if we wanted to sit together, we would be required to spend an average of $20 per person. This demand felt like an unwarranted attempt to capitalize on our desire for a cohesive dining experience, rather than a genuine concern for customer satisfaction. It was disheartening to realize that our presence as valued patrons seemed to be overshadowed by a focus on extracting maximum profit.
As someone who appreciates good food and values a welcoming atmosphere, I cannot overlook such a disheartening experience. The joy of sharing a meal and engaging in lively conversations with friends and loved ones should not be restricted or monetized in such a way. I believe that a restaurant should prioritize fostering a sense of togetherness and customer satisfaction above all else.
Regrettably, this will be my last visit to this establishment. I find it difficult to justify spending my hard-earned money and valuable time at a place that values financial gain over creating a memorable and enjoyable dining experience. Instead, I will seek out other venues where my patronage is appreciated and where I can share moments of culinary delight with my companions without unnecessary hindrances.
In conclusion, while the food at this restaurant is undoubtedly commendable, I urge the management to reconsider their policies that disregard the essence of hospitality and customer satisfaction. Until such changes are made, I must express my disappointment and resolve to take my business elsewhere, where my dining experience is prioritized...

Read moreEdit: January 2023. Visited again after four years. The service was average as we had to wait for a while to be seated and for placing our order. The restaurant was busy with the pick-up orders it seems. We had flat rice noodles Pad See Eew which was a burnt dish and could taste the metallic taste as it was due to the vessel in which it was cooked. Tom yum fried rice with vegetables was the highlight of the evening, which was cooked and tasted perfectly wonderful! We ordered BBQ chicken which was okay too! The serving portion is quite good comparatively for the price. Overall, average food and service. P.S. They charge extra for takeaway container for the leftover.
