Adrianos Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Melbourne

Its just a reply to the person how said that Mordi pizza is better. What happened is that she orderd pizzas online then she called back to add or change something to her order, then I had realized that we did not have any gluten free pizzas left. It was in on a Sunday night. So she got upset and told me (you know what cancel my order and give me my money back). All I said to her is that you ordered via menulog so you have to call them to cancel your order and they will refund your money. Then she got really angry. I did not yell at her but I was talking to her in the same voice that she was talking. Couple minutes later I called her back to tell her that I will go to Woolworth and buy her a gluten free pizza because she was upset then she handed the phone to her husband and he started abusing me for talking to his wife in a loud manner. So I hung up the phone and called meulog myself to refund her money. I sent her a text informing her that the money will be refunded. I really don't need customers like her. We are trying to provide good service and we shouldn't be abused if what you ordered on the day isn't available. Good luck to...

NEVER AGAIN

A few days ago, I ordered two pizzas to pick up and I was told they would be ready in 20-25'. I arrived at the shop and they hadn't even prepared the pizzas yet, so I was told I had to wait another 10'. I went back to my car and waited. I went to the shop for a second time after the 10' but I was told the pizzas weren't ready yet. I was standing there for approx another 10' . Finally the man, preparing the pizzas at the front, turned back, and grabbed two boxes from the bench standing there the whole time (Until then, I though they were for someone else). I complained to the person that I had been staring those boxes since I came in and the pizzas are now cold but he rushed to make excuses, he didn't even apologise!

On another note, while I was standing there waiting I was watching him preparing the pizzas. This man was wearing NO gloves! He found a hair in one of the ingredients, he grabbed it and went back to the kitchen to complain..I heard a young girl, saying that it wasn't hers!!

This attitude is so not professional!

First time to buy pizzas from Adrianos Pizza & Pasta the other night from new management they have now. Wow the pizzas were fantastic freshly made toppings were excellent & filling & the meal deals they have is the way to go at this place also. My previous pizza place down the road I use to go called Giovanni's Pizzeria has changed menu & the pizzas I got there were not good as they use to be & not a lot to choose from now also so Adrianos Pizza & Pasta will be the place from now on to go to & can't wait to purchase more different pizzas again that will last us for two nights.
