This place is such a gem for a casual catch-up or a cosy night out. The place itself is quite intimate, with both indoor and outdoor seating that gives off a lovely neighbourhood vibe. It’s small but doesn’t feel cramped – more like a warm, welcoming space where everyone’s just there to relax and enjoy good food and great wine. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The menu is designed for sharing, which makes it perfect for hanging out with friends. We tried the octopus, pasta, and fish – all beautifully cooked and full of flavour. Their dishes are simple but elevated, focusing on good produce and honest cooking. One of the highlights is definitely their wine list. It’s extensive, featuring both local and international selections with something to suit every palate. Whether you’re after a crisp white on a warm afternoon or a bold red to end the night, they’ll have something you’ll love. Overall, this spot is the kind of place you go to when you want to feel like a local, sip on good wine, and share delicious food with friends in a cosy, lively atmosphere. Highly recommend for a relaxed evening out.

Had walked past this place a few times and finally managed to sit down for a wine with a friend. Unfortunately they don’t offer ginger ale as a mixer, so they offered ginger beer instead. Alas the ginger beer was out of stock. The recommended wines were delicious and the atmosphere out front was nice, although the music was a little loud causing everyone yell. The $35 cheeseboard for two mediocre cheeses, some quince and random fruit bread was very disappointing. At $160 for two people without dinner I won’t be rushing back.

Called in and had a nice wine I was looking to try, very nice. Had some calamari and a nice riccota cheese dish whilst only small and a little expensive where fantastic for flavour. We where there at a busy time so Unfortunately the food arrived after a long long wait. Our quick 1 hour stop turned into two! Wine is rather expensive, the $70 bottle was only 26 online but I guess this neighbourhood supports that. Will return next time passing but choose a different timeslot

Set in chique tucked away pocket of Armadale, you feel very cosmopolitan and special. Marais, Paris like. Toby and his team are attentive warm knowledgeable and professional The drinks and food are perfect Who can fault the atmosphere smothered in cool well chosen music perfect lighting and not too mention bustling and busy which only makes you feel so special to be there! Oh and did I mention the loud music. Sorry that's what you want at a cool hip sophisocated wine bar. Well done team. My wife and I had an absolute ball. Already feels like another institution (almost Entrecote like). And only been open a short...

We were served by a lovely young lad Jess who made sure that part of our experience was top notch! However, to be told by the kitchen that they could not serve some chopped raw veg to go with the dip rather than crackers because they are too busy (carrots are on the menu u!) then one of our small plates arrived after the main course (two did but only one of them was ordered when we first walked in) and a sad finish was that the warm mousse with hazelnut ice cream was cold mousse and hazelnut liquid! Food was actually good other than that and would recommend the zucchini salad - the best thing I ate! As...
