I attended your cafe on 19.09.2024 and 20.09.2024. On both occasions, I ordered the same items: a Mediterranean Omlet and a Chai Latte. On the 19th the Chai came first and the omelette came much later which was understandable as the omelette takes much longer to be prepared. So on the 20th after ordering I politely asked the lady in the cafe "Can I have my tea with the omelette". No no reason she was very rude to me and stated "It is not tea, It's just a powder" Her speech, her attitude toward me and her facial expressions made me feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable. I went and sat at my table. After some time the omelette came, and I kept waiting for another 15 minutes to get my tea. While I was waiting she was still making coffees for people who came much after me. I decided to go and stand near the cafe to try to cat her attention and ask her if I could get my tea. If you have cc tv you can look at my body language, I was standing most politely. She kept ignoring me for 2-3 minutes, then I excused myself and asked her if my tea was ready. Again she was rude to me and her answer was rude and to be " It is table service and I will bring it to you", she continued to have an unbecoming facial expression. I went back to my table and kept waiting for another 5-6 minutes. Then I noticed that she had made tea and kept it on the table. So once again I walked to the cafe and she continued to ignore me. Once again I politely excused her and asked "Is this my tea, ca I take it". She was very rude again with an aggressive facial expression and in a stern voice told me that it was table service. I asked is that ok if I could take this if it was my tea considering I was here now and waiting for 20 minutes. She angrily suggested "whatever".
I was on chemotherapy and the reason I visited your cafe was because your food made me feel good that's the reason I came back the very next day. But the experience with a lady in the cafe on that day was...

ย ย ย Read moreBad customer service is one thing that really annoys me, which is why I'm unlikely to ever go to this cafe again. As I waited to order, the guy making coffees was drinking his own coffee while listening to something through headphones and ignoring me. When he did acknowledge me, without taking out his headphones, I ordered a sandwich, then without a word to me he turned away from me and asked another staff member to take my order. She was pleasant as she took my order, but then forgot about my sandwich in the toaster. When I reminded her about it, it was close to burnt, and rather than apologise she told me I should have ordered it only lightly toasted! As if anyone wants...
