It was advertised that they are giving Chicken 65 biryani for $10, when we went there afternoon we were said it is sold out. How on earth can biryani be sold out by 1 pm while the shop just opened at 11.00am. If you cant keep up with your advertisement then please shut the business. I am really at a point to complain to respected authority for false advertisement. You should learn from other business such as El Jannah recently opened where it has advertised $5 for quarter chicken meal. They have been serving it throughout the day without mentioning at anytime we are sold out. I have been once before tricked by their false advertisement in their menu, when I reached out to the manager after my food got Served he is like in set dosa deals we give batter dosa which you can find in Indian store, i was like if I had to have a frozen batter dosa I would cooked it at home. I would not pay $16.90 for this. I came back yesterday after 2 years expecting that they might have improved the service. Sadly they are still the same. Good luck with your unethical business mind. I or my family and friends is not coming anymore to this branch...
Read moreWe have a really Love and hate relationship with this place. There isn’t any consistency in food. The owner is really welcoming but when the food is not correct, they refuse to change it or refund it.
We ordered the family biriyani jumbo box and we have been ordering it for a couple of times. I always add on notes by saying it that we want to absolutely mild as we cannot eat spicy. Today’s biriyani was very spicy. When we ask for returning it or a refund the owner explained that the previous times we took it the chef made a mistake and used (fried rice sauce) instead of biriyani sauce hence it was less spicy and biriyani sauce is mild to medium.
How would we know that chef was making a mistake all the times we were ordering the food. People order an item again knowing what we have eaten before right. Refused to return or refund, we didn’t even touch the food and it’s going to be wasted as we cannot eat spicy. Wasted $60 for no reason. Really disappointed with this...
Read moreIf I could provide a 0-star rating, I would. It's the worst place to order food, with extremely poor management and rude staff. When I ordered goat biriyani Jumbo size, they prepared a cauliflower Biriyani. I straighaway told them this was the wrong order but they pressurized me to make a payment again to get a goat Biryani instead of correcting their mistake. This was a $200 worth of order with all other food I ordered. Despite selecting goat, I received a cauliflower dish. Worse yet, the people who answered the phone (two girls and one man) were extremely rude despite my explanation. They would never listen or let you speak, but force you to pay more. They want money money money and more money but no service. This used to be the place that I ordered Indian food in Pakenham but now learnt how rude they were. I will be telling all my friends and family to not buy from this place again. Save your money and...
