By far the worst KFC I've ever been to, rude staff that don't want to help, if they make a mistake they don't want to own it they just snub you off, the food takes forever to be made whilst you watch the staff play on their phones and have a laugh and when the food finally comes it's wrong yet again.
Edit: To the owner, rather than leave quirky standard replies, get back into your own shop and realise that your franchise is the worst KFC in the area and the single biggest let down to the name. I'm not the only one to say it.
Unfortunately you're my local KFC which finds us returning more often than we should but from now on I'll be far more willing to drive the extra distance. The whole franchise needs a sweep out of staff.
Every single time you order, the order is wrong in some way. From missing sauces - to completely missing a burger in a zinger box.
For instance I ordered a family feast and asked for my chicken peices to be changed to tenders. I was charged $0.50 per peice of chicken to change to tenders and when I received my food it was all normal chicken, the chips were half full and there were no sauces for the nuggets.
Park the car and head into store with my order to bring it to the attention of the staff only for the staff member to say that they can't change all the pieces of chicken to tenders.
I show them my receipt which shows that I had been charged to change the chicken to tenders only for the staff member to roll her eyes and take the chicken behind the work station and begrudgingly change the order to tenders.
When the staff member returned I asked them about sauces for the nuggets and they then said they had already put them in the box with the nuggets (the same box she had just returned to me). I left and headed home, only to find that there were no sauces in the box...
Read moreArrived with only cash but went to use the ordering screen to check prices but screen wasn’t working. So went to the register to order, only to have the poor chick serving realise the screen on her register wasn’t working. After 5 mins of her tapping her screen she tells me she will process order from the back via drive through or something. I changed my mind on what I wanted to order and showed her I only have cash much to her dismay when she came back with an eftpos machine. Again she proceeded to tap her front counter register screen for what felt like forever until she called someone from the back to help. She did the same but at least apologised for the inconvenience. Then a manager came who was no better and just said it should work soon apologised. I continued to wait by now it was 15 mins? The register goes crazy printing out 20+ reciepts. It’s just the chick and I awkwardly standing in silence. After another 10 mins she says she will put through order in the back. So I pay with the cash and proceed to wait. Some old lady comes and miraculously the machine works (go figure) after another 10 mins my order finally arrives(so I’ve spent a total of 25mins waiting what felt like 1hr) go to car drive off…..get my mum to check everything only to realise I’m missing 10 original pieces…drive back….let them know only to be told it will be another 9-10 mins for the chicken to cook. I decide I’ll go Woolies and come back. The chicken was dry as heck, chips terrible, but I remained kind and patient because they are young teens just trying to make money. But they need a new management this KFC...
Read moreUpdate - Consistently bad food, slow service and LONG waits, last time I visited my large chips had maybe 10 chips inside the box, it wasn't even filled half way. Save yourself and go elsewhere.
Ordered online and told to go to 2nd drive through window. Was asked if I was picking up order for Pam and I said no, it was for Yvonne. They said the online order yes? And I said yes but for Yvonne and said it has tenders, a couple sliders and chicken and popcorn chicken. They said the burger box right and I starting saying no and they walk off and close the window... They come back with burger box and I said I didn't order a burger box and was trying to let you know, she says for Pam right and I say again no it's for Yvonne. Walks away and another staff member appears and asks me to wait in store because my chicken will be at least 10mins, I said I'm happy to wait but I cannot leave my car as my children had finished swim class and were wet and in bathers and too young to stay in the car by themselves. He says again I have to wait and asks me to come inside and I told him I'm not leaving my kids, and if he could bring the food to me. He gives me an awkward ok, and walks away. I've been waiting for 20mins and still nobody has come and spoken to me. Strange experience for sure.
