Moved from Keysborough to Aspendale 6 months ago. No shortage of Vietnamese cafes and bakeries over there. But Aspendale Café makes some of the best Banh Mi I’ve ever tasted. Their crackling pork. Extremely slow and not a proper Banh Mi. We ordered 2 Banh Mi for a quick lunch and it took 30 minutes to prepare. They said it because it was so busy but there was barely another person around.
