Bakers Delight Epping — Restaurant in Melbourne

Today was my first time purchasing at Baker’s Delight Epping.

I ordered a few things which made it hard for me to carry everything by hand. When I asked for a bag the salesperson Victoria said I needed to purchase a tote for $5.

I asked if I can just have a brown paper bag and was even happy to pay extra for it but Victoria replied in a very rude tone - ‘No because we haven’t ordered extra yet’ even though they had atleast 20bags left.

The store would rather have disappointing customer service and make a customer struggle instead of providing a paper bag worth 1cent - that I was happy to pay 50cents for.

Baker's Delight ~ Standard shop. Their Cape Seed Loaf and rolls are, in my opinion, the tastiest commercial bakery recipe for a healthy seed loaf that you'll find containing 11 grains, beans & seeds.

On Wednesday 12th April 2023 I went to Bakers Delight Epping with my partner and met Vanessa. She was very helpful talking to me about activating the loyalty card and helpful with instructions. We bought a ham and cheese danish, Chocolate hot cross bun and an apple and cinnamon one as well. As we used the loyalty card she also offered me a free loaf of bread - Hi-Fibre Lo-GI White Block Loaf as I was a member for free. We appreciate her good customer service too. Well done :) Good...
