Sadly i need to warn people my 4 year old daughter was nearly taken 100% this guy had intentions to take her, the plaza was clean tidy and had lots of things for kids to do was a lovely shopping centre and the security gard that help was amazing. Iam just warning other to becareful. My daughter was having a melt down i had her in her pram strapped in i was letting her calm down while I was as I was abit upset as well, this is why I think the guy target me, he thought I was not paying attention to my child. My child was wheeling her pram around she can spin it around while in it. She wheeled a little bit in front of me I could see her the man said is she ok your daughter she is pretty why she crying. I said she just having a melt down and we just sitting to calm down. He said I can get her what ever she likes, iam on the facetime with my wife my daughter just died. I got up and wheeled the pram closer to me rocking it back and forward, I said to the guy iam sorry to hear, he said it again I apologised again for his loss and sorry but I need to sort myself and my daughter out, at this moment my daughter managed to get out of her buckles and pram runs off near the chair in-between me and the guy. I ask her to come to me as I am not chasing her. She had a big day was up at 6 traveling. I then realised this man is recording my daughter. I get up and put my hand in front of the camera no dont film my daughter moves closer to him thinking I am chasing her the guy is now taking photos I again say stop your not aloud I get a hold of my daughter and he leans in towards her and me with his hand out telling her to come. I carry her off and get a security gard. He has been banned from the shopping centre. We where near the nail shop...

Yesterday I was at your shopping centre and as a reward for my patronage I received a parking fine. I had been there for under 2 hours and realised I needed more time so I moved my car to another parking spot. Your parking officer was obviously watching and decided that he should fine me 30 minutes after my car was moved, even though I did the right thing by vacating the original parking spot. Being sneaky and underhanded is not how to treat your customers. There are plenty of other shopping centres in the area that offer free parking and appreciate their customers and that don't fine their customers for the privilege of spending our money in your stores and keeping you in business. The fine of $81 means nothing to me, I am just disappointed that even though I did the right thing, I was still fined and the deceitful behavior displayed by your parking officer. I will be limiting the time I spend in your stores, if at all, if your values include deception, as apparently it does based on my experience there yesterday. What about being honest and upfront with us and having signage that is clear? Maybe honesty and transparency should be your comany values? When I asked why I was fined even though my car was moved, I was told I had to move to the other side of the shopping center car park. No where on the signs does it say that. This in my mind was just revenue raising and opportunistic behaviour on the part of management. Not the best way to treat the people who keep...

This is quite a large size suburban plaza. It has pretty much everything you can want. At the moment they are doing upgrades and some expansions, so be aware of this when you go there because you might have to drive around a bit to look for parks.

Please keep in mind that when you are driving in a car park, the speed limit is 10km most times and that there are a lot of people walking around. Also the same road rules apply in a car park as they do on the roads. That includes indicating and waiting for pedestrians.

Epping Pacific as it's now known has all major 4 banks with other banking institutions, plus Australia Post, the major supermarkets and department stores except for Myer and David Jones. The information centre has scooters or buggies for hire plus free maps and a lot more information including bus time tables and information. There's a lot of speciality food stores including fresh meats of various types and fruit and vegetables. You will find all your fashion needs for all members of the family etc.

Give them a go. They have a couple of large eating areas as well as outside restaurants and picture theatre. If you have had a long day there's also accommodation. It's also about 20 minutes from the airport...
