I had a young female worker roll her eyes and be rude to me at Bakers delight in Woodgrove on New Years Eve. I literally asked can I have the bag of rolls behind her (There was 1 bag on the table directly behind her). This girl tried schooling my partner and I on purchase etiquette lol. She told us we need to know what we are asking for and to be specific next time. Rudest manner and body language I was actually speechless, it took me moments to honestly realise how hostile she was. Numerous occasions I have seen, I’m quite sure the manager belittle and raise his voice at those young workers and even heard him swear at them, even just by walking by I can hear terrible management. That is shocking behaviour to see and makes me not want to support this bakers delight, I will be happily giving my money to the one in Coburns. I would happily to suggest maybe this bakers delight take some HR training on the way they treat their employees. Read moreBought a pack of 6 Cheesy Might Scrolls that ended up being totally stale. When we tried to return them we were met with bland customer service and not offered a exchange. It was a case of bad luck.
A bit funny that a cheesy might scroll could be stale considering it is meant to be baked that day.
