Bad customer service! Don't expect them to be nice to you. I came this morning and asked whether they are open and if there is anything ready for takeaway. Did not even greet me or anything or even smile. The guy yelled at me for asking which sushi is ready. Is this how you serve customer? And the whole time I was being nice to them. Not the first time hearing about how bad their customer service and lack of hospitality to the customer. Definitely need a team meeting to improve customer service, otherwise, customers...

The location of this sushi store is the most convenient compared to other sushi stores and other options in the food court. This is the only food place where you can see everything being prepped and made openly so it’s great transparency, well presented and clean. Other sushi places don’t have near the amount of variety and offer delicious vegetarian options, including teriyaki tofu which is my favourite. The workers are so friendly and it’s nice to see the same people....

They only deserve 0 stars not 1 but I had no choice like when I went there and asked them to make me a fresh gluten free sushi rolls without avocado or cucumber (just chicken) and they said no, also they tried to make me buy 2 or 4 sushis not 3, the staff were rude definately won't be back again there is better sushi places in bacchus marsh. * DONT BOTHER REPLYING WITH THE ROBOTIC RESPONSE YOU ARE GIVING EVERYONE ELSE...
