Absolutely disgusting 🤢. EVERYTHING that was fried was soggy and greasy as all hell. The souvlaki was not a souvlaki, it wasn't even wrapped and they use the wrong pita bread, thick as fuk... They were both full of lettuce and the meat was so Chewy(chicken & lamb) & the garlic sauce, was pretty good....the chips had heaps of gross black/brown soggy chips.. if you like that kinda vibe then this fish and chip shop is definitely for you. I regret not going to my childhood fish & chip shop Kookaburra fish and chip shop. Get Nikki to cook your burgers/souvlaki's she is a killer wit the grill. These were the worst fish and chips we've had for a long long time. Soggy chips, half cooked potato cakes, and tough fish. Everything appeared to be ready at different times, nobody seemed seemed to know what anyone else was doing, and we got a bonus hair cooked with a grilled flake. Not to mention being told 15 minutes for our order and not getting it until 45 minutes later They didn't even look that busy, just disorganised. Don't even bother! We have been attending this store for the last 10 years & have seen some fantastic teenagers working at this store. BUT.... the ones they currently have working there, have no idea what they are doing!!! Have no hygiene skills, touch their hair/face & without washing their hands, then touch your food!!! 🤢🤮 And could not care less if the order that they made for you, is missing items that you paid for!!!
