Big Nick's Pizza & Kebab — Restaurant in Melbourne

As i got home from a long hard day grinding my body to the bone to earn the measly sum of money i do to keep my existance, i decided i would have a pizza.

That was making my brain go mmmm tasty. My next option was what pizza shop? What style of pizza? Should i pickup?(ha) should i go big chain or small business.

As i sat on my couch watching mediocre reality tv i rang big nicks. Ive liked the pizza in the past but with bad experience on the last order it left a taste in my mouth much like anchovies do.

I placed my order for a half and half because i couldnt decide on the topping. Aussie and margherita just for your information. 8.09pm was the order time. Quoted 45 minutes. I rang at 9.10 and they couldnt find my order. As i sit and type this its currently 9.26 and the driver just pulled up.

Pizza was made fresh. Obviously forgot or misplaced. Look sometimes it happens. I left my kid in a supermarket once. But thats another story.

While the driver drove his obscenely loud japanese car away his exhaust sound woke my child. I had to resettle her. Got back to my pizza and it was cold... no longer fresh. And my stomach is devouring itself. I microwave the pizza. And eat it. Its ok... just

Whilst i watch my movie i ponder the meaning of life... how the galaxy works.... how people understand what trump is actually talking about... and how people cant do a simple job of taking a pizza order. Making said pizza. And driving also said pizza to a house of which the address was goven over the phone.

Change of hands in the kitchen and has led to a change in pizza quality and customer service. Pizza base was undercooked and doughy. Toppings were next to charred. We called to give a feedback and requested for a replacement to which the staff said, 'Oh how can that be because we cook all our pizza same?'. Anyways a replacement was promised and delivered 30 mins later. The delivery guy stood at our doorstep and demanded to see the pizza we had complained about. We brought it out and he opened the box to examine it. He kept saying that we are fussing over nothing and the pizza was fine and just how its meant to be. He then asked us to eat the fresh pizza right away and give him the feedback while he waited outside. Extremely DISGRACEFUL, NON APOLOGETIC and DEMANDING behaviour from the delivery guy. We felt threatened and under pressure from his tone and he refused to leave till we did.

We have been eating Big Nicks Pizza(old management) for the past 10 yrs since moving to Wyndham so we clearly knew what a Big Nicks Pizza looks and tastes like....definitely never undercooked and doughy!!!. NEVER going back or recommending anyone. Absolute trash pizza...
