Terrible, physically ripped off. My friend & I ordered 2 large coffees on the public holiday & were verbally told the total was $14. We queried the price and the manager who was serving us said larges were $1.50 more, plus extra 15% for the holiday. We paid. While waiting we looked at the printed menu & did the math. Large coffees are listed as $5.50, so plus 15% = $6.32 per coffee. That should be $12.65 total. I asked to speak to the manager and I explained that she had over charged us. She again said there was a 15% surcharge. She printed me a docket which simply read as 2 large coffees at $5.50 each plus $1.50 each. I made clear that her system was completely wrong and she was clearly overcharging. She then said the system rounds up to the nearest 50 cents. I took my time to explain the actual math to her. She looked annoyed and passed me $2. I asked her if she felt comfortable knowingly overcharging people and she said she didn't have time to think about it today. Wow. Never going back. I would never support someone who runs a business in this deceitful manner. I could tell by her expression she wasn't expecting a patron to call her out on it. Dissapointing...

It was ok. Hot choc was nice. Second time I’m doing this review. I was told at last second to crop the photo my partner sent me, so did that and the Google maps screen refreshed. So, remember that when you’re doing one of these reviews, type in notes first! Anyway, hot choc was served in takeaway cup that was no bigger than a short black. This joke is much worse typing it the second time! I suck! Anyway, it wasn’t 30ml, but was very small. Plus we were sitting, so maybe they ran out of mugs. If I was running the shop I would serve it in the larger cup just to keep the customer happy considering they/we didn’t get a mug. It’s the service that costs money, the actual liquid is cheap. Started to pour some water from the bottle in the glasses I thought were for us. Doh! They were left over from last customer. Lucky I realised before drinking. Food looks nice, but was a little pricey for us. Mostly around $20-25 for breakfast. $22.50 for avo and pumpkin on some toast. Looked nice, but I need to pay bills. Whose bill and how many do I know? More on that another time. My jokes are now officially below poo standard. Other ppl seemed to not mind paying and enjoying. Maybe you are...

I've never had a more disappointing experience at a café or any food establishment.

My partner and I visited at opening for a light breakfast before a horse trail ride, but the food was simply unbearable. We both ordered the overnight oats (listed as the Breakkie Bircher or Bonny Bircher I can’t remember), which cost $18 AUD and were supposed to include cranberries, coconut, and seasonal fruit. Instead, it was a flavourless mess, topped with a sour dollop of Greek yoghurt (an additional $3 AUD) and a single sliced strawberry.

I generally dislike Greek yoghurt, but I forced myself to mix it with the overnight oats (because they were that bad) due to hunger and the prospect of a two-hour ride ahead. Despite my effort, it was almost inedible. The lack of care put into this meal was evident, and frankly, if we hadn’t paid upfront, I would have sent it back and only paid for the coffees.

The experience was, in a word, appalling. As we left with mostly untouched plates, I couldn't even manage a polite "thank you" to the server, who seemed indifferent. I genuinely worry for anyone else considering eating here. This was not just bad… It...

Food here is good but too pricey for what it is, including a 10% busy period charge every time you order anything. Staff seemed flat out off their feet and we ended up having to send a drink back and waiting 30 minutes+ for a couple. All ordering is done via QR codes. We ordered entrees and mains using the QR codes on the table, noting that no dishes said they contained nuts but having a friend with us who is severely anaphylactic we mentioned it inside to the staff. Two out of the 4 main options included nuts, which wasn’t noted on the menu. We weren’t offered an alternative or compensation even though we’d already ordered, leaving one of our guests unable to dine. There was even a key (pictured) to identify nut options. Poor duty of care that could have ended very badly.
