I placed another order today via UberEats because the first order I ever made seemed to go well enough. Not this time. It took TWO drivers and over an hour (I live 10 minutes away) to deliver a pizza that looked and tasted like it was thrown together in a hurry and then hastily forgotten. I had to call them to find out when I could expect my order - was told a fresh one would be made (spoilers: it wasn't) - and waited patiently, only for some nasty, cold and dry excuse for a pizza to arrive. The garlic bread was also stone cold. I don't know who to blame in this instance, but I sure do know who had to suffer for the combined incompetence of both Bubba Pizza AND UberEats. Read moreThis business is happy to take money (which is actually meant for ordering food) but when there is a problem then this business is clearly not happy to refund the money. Clearly the term: 'the customer is right' doesn't apply to Bubba's Pizza.
I put in an order ;mind you that including delivery the order came to 60 dollars which is alot of money with a GF and two kids. This order was meant to be delivered the same day just in the afternoon (which was absolutely fine). The only response was that The Order was then Cancelled 5 minutes later cause of a problem at the shop. So I called three times and left three messages and still nothing so if you are looking for a pizza place that does good pizza then please go anywhere doesn't matter where Just Please Avoid...

2 weeks ago I put though an order, after waiting a while my partners order from a different chain arrived. When collecting hers I found mine had been sitting at the front door for quite a while and had gone stone cold. as I didn't know how long it had been there it went straight to the bin. I called the store and was offered a 10% discount on my next order which I declined. I was then told the store owner would call me about the issue. I called back the next day but the phone rang out. I still have not heard from the store about a refund 2 weeks later.
