Bubba Pizza — Restaurant in Melbourne

Horrible service. It’s a pity they’re still operating. In spite of ordering a pizza online, they delivered extremely poor customer service. I’m not even going to have the pizza that I’ve ordered. Just asked for some fruit for my puppy with the pizza. And I was happy to pay for it. It was available online and they bluntly and very rudely refused. Please do not go here. This is coming from someone who has been living here for more than a decade now. I would recommend the Boronia Bubba Pizza for their exceptional customer service unless the staff has changed. I think people shouldn’t be doing business they’re not meant to be doing and if they cannot cater to everyone. It’s a shame they’re still there. I’m confident that they won’t run for long considering their poor style of communication and pathetic customer service skills. We are not beggars asking for food. Ordered a vegetarian pizza with vegan cheese. There was no cheese on top of the pizza and the veggies tasted still raw. I'd imagine the cheese should go on the top like the standard cheese does to cook the pizza and kept all the ingredients together. The onion smelt so bad!!! One star is being generous. Just popped in and ordered a large BBQ Chicken pizza. Was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. I left the shop returning after only 5 and to my surprise it was ready, great, didn't have to wait around at all. Got home to discover what I can assume was something that was made a few hours earlier, it was very dry and the bas was very crispy, in fact I think it would have snapped if I tried to bend it.
