Burgies Campbellfield — Restaurant in Melbourne

To put it plain and simple what an absolute glorious burger that I had consumed today! Let me tell you guys about my experience. I had finished a horrible afternoon shift and decided to go to burgies even though I swore to myself that I was on a diet but the smell of melted cheese smacked on a brioche bun was overpowering and somehow I ended up in their parking lot. I was served by saj. This girl gave me the most wonderful welcome I no longer felt ashamed for my decision. She was bubbly , got my order right down to the 4th slice of cheese and laughed at my jokes. Whoever hired her needs a raise. 10/10 customer service! Then I received my food from this lovely fellow named Nizar he told me exactly what to expect when I opened up that beautiful brown bag and all I can say is WOOOOW! Nizar salted my chips the way I like, placed the cheese so delicately and precise it was like he knew how I like my burgers. The sauce was immaculate. Although the food is actually very nice and I have been here about 5 times, it is no longer worth the visit. First, we are now served by children who do not understand customer perception is important. I can hear their private conversations, which I would not mind, if they minded their Ps and Qs while in the presence of my kids. The person who took my order provided no pleasantries and did not even tell me the total amount. FYI it is very expensive, so watch out. Then there is the restaurant. Almost every table had rubbish. It wasn't till the end of the visit that someone came to clear the table. The clear tables were dirty. Then the kids playground was dangerous. My son got his leg stuck in the net. My daughter clipped her hand and I tripped. Lovely. At least they have a basin to clean your hands. I used to like this place but spending over $50 on some kids burgers and sides in a dirty restaurant where the staff don't care is not how I want to...

Absolutely phenomenal! I had the pleasure of dining at Burgies in Campbellfield, and let me tell you—these guys are next level when it comes to flavour and quality.

I ordered the Lava Burger with the lot, and it was nothing short of perfection. Juicy, well-seasoned, stacked with all the right ingredients, and held together by a soft, fresh bun—it was everything a burger should be and more. Then came the loaded waffle fries… crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, absolutely drenched in delicious toppings that made every bite addictive. And to top it off, the lamb wrap was incredibly tender, packed with fresh salad and rich in flavor—it had that perfect balance of smoky, savory, and satisfying.
