Honker Burgers — Restaurant in Melbourne

Messed up my order again, 3rd or 4th time. I lost count at this point. Got credit from the delivery company but it only covered the item price and not also the cost of getting it delivered to me again (which even if I did, the rest of my food would be cold by the time it would have came). Rang restaurant they dictated that I would need to sort THEIR mistake (not the drivers mistake) with the delivery company, despite them confirming that the missing item was still in the restaurant in front of them. Spoke with the driver, who was very friendly, he had to wait for the order as it wasn't ready yet when he got there but he did ask them if everything was in the bag before he left (just a bunch of teenagers working there apparently). Second person I spoke with at the restaurant was also friendly but not able to help me (could hear the original person in the background telling her what to say).

Don't bother getting back to me at this point, I'm done. I don't want any further dealings with Honker Burgers or their other Smokin' Joe's Pizza &...

My friend and I went here and we both ordered 2 large milkshakes ( so 4 large milk shakes all up ) we waited for 20 minutes and it wasnt even busy. Not only did we wait forever but 3 out of the 4 milk shakes were only LITERALLY half filled! While waiting we also saw workers touch items from the ground and then handle food straight after, no one out the back worn hair nets and no one literally no one was wearing a mask... hello people...heard of Covid? I dont care what your thoughts are on Covid, we are meant to wear masks in malls etc... I do for hours a day at my work and I dont even hand food. Will never come back nor...
