Customer service needs a lot of work. On the 3 occasions I’ve purchased tea, there has been no smiling, greeting or acknowledging customers waiting.. for eg. even saying won’t be long or thanks for waiting when it’s finally time to order.
As you are next to order staff go off to start the first process of drink from previous customer and leave you standing there. Would be better to have some sort of communication or engagement with customers if you are walking off before serving.
Wait times are really unacceptable Seems disorganised and I won’t shop here again after a 10 minute wait when only 3 customers in front of me. With 4 staff working it shouldn’t take that long. Previous times there has been less staff.
On a positive note..the tea is pretty good.

(perhaps a sign would be good), when asked, they ordered online. Seems like customer service is taking a side and online ordering is encouraged and priority, sad reality. I used to frequent this store heaps when it first opened, but it seems like the busier you get the less you appreciate your customers... If you want flavour, ask for half ice and standard sugar. It'll bring the flavour out!
Understandable that it may take them awhile to make drinks and take orders at the same time, just be patient. Great service towards me ever since they opened up...
