First of all, I have to say... I don't often do review and don't think I ever make a bad review to any products or service I've received but this time I have to, for this.
I went to the restaurant for dinner like usual, and their service is as usual, guide you to the table and you write down your order, press the button and they took your order.
Husband's meal came first and then mine few minutes after. I got a wrong dish(key in wrong code in the system), no problem they took it back (no apologies) and I waited. My meal came again and still wrong, turn out it was for another table(no apologies). OK, I waited again for my order. This time was "almost" right. You see I ordered their Char Kuay Teow with no beans hoot on the special note. Then they said OK no problem, took my dish back to the kitchen and come back with the dish appear to be smaller and no(nearly no) beans hoot. They tried to remove the beans hoot from the dish manually!!! And still have some beans hoot on it when I received it.
Look, I'm not fussy, I did not even complaint. I gave them a lot of chances to make it right but I'm really disappointed at their service and how they solve their problem.
Until we went to pay for our dinner, I heard a "hi guys, sorry ah, it's $46.10".
Now guys, this is not how a customer service should be. I don't expect a high class or very professional response but this is way below the standard.
I told my husband I will not come back any more.
