We have been coming here for years, great food but this time a young Chinese man working at the counter behaving extremely abusive to customers. I have never seen such poor behaviour. Many customers walked out. No phone orders had been recorded, and when people came in to pick up, he yelled ...40 minute wait, and during a lock down! Delays happen, but to yell at customers?! Customer service is very important!! This man abused a disabled women because he couldn’t understand her order, completely un-acceptable behaviour ! Uber eats drivers waiting for food pick ups for over 45 minutes If your not an owner then you need to be sacked!! Never have I seen such bad behaviour, I only hope everyone that attended tonight, shares what they experienced! 1Star...

Used to be our favourite chicken and chips shop for years but it's gone downhill with the new Chinese shop attendant/owner.

I ended up getting food poisoning last time I ordered a family feast.

If his busy cooking and you arrive to make a order he won't acknowledge you until his completely finished what his doing. A simple "hello , one moment" would make all the difference.

He is rude with all the customers. It's like his yelling at you when he speaks , it's very unwelcoming.

If you make a phone order nothing is ready and your left waiting (previous owner had no issues taking phone orders)

Why do you bother taking Christmas orders when you can not successfully fulfill these orders at the time your customers ask for ? You are happy to take the money, yet customers are left waiting for up to an hour, whilst other individuals who have not placed orders get served first ! Mind you we placed our order 3 weeks in advance !

Absolute disgusting behaviour, the many people who were left waiting and had to change their plans for Christmas lunch should have received a free chicken or a voucher to use when in the store next, obviously management lack the skills needed to...
