Live in Malvern east and have been struggling to find decent Chinese food since a local has closed down a few months ago. Ordered special fried rice, beef black bean, San Choi bao and Shanghai dumplings. The San Choi bao was not greasy and had excellent flavor. The fried rice was fluffy well cooked (some wok char) and had excellent quality pork pieces. Shanghai dumplings are full of flavor and the pastry reminded me of dumplings I had eaten in Hong Kong. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received on [25/06/2024] at your restaurant . The lady at the counter, who had a boy-cut hairstyle, treated me poorly and behaved in a manner that I found to be racist. She spoke loudly and addressed me in a disrespectful way regarding my order, which was extremely embarrassing and unprofessional. A lovely Chinese restaurant, nice and clean atmosphere, friendly service and delicious food! We had the chicken & pork fried dumplings & crispy noodles. My young kids ate a shocking amount of food which certainly made me question my cooking skills at home... Haha.
