Cold Rock Ice Creamery Werribee — Restaurant in Melbourne

Terrible service. Was just there. Staff was late. Shop is supposed to open at 1pm. We looked through the window to see if anyone was there. Ended up opening the door at 1:15pm. We walked in and weren’t welcomed with a hello or any kind of acknowledgment. Went back behind the counter to continue doing what he was doing. Turns out, he was gathering ice cream, and then mixed it to put in the fridge. I’m going to put a hard bet on that it was for him for later. During this whole process of 5 minutes of silence, we were not looked at or spoken to. Finally when we got served, he said only toppings? Extremely disappointed with my family visit today. The Asian lady service was highly disappointing. We went inside with our kids as the store was open. N 4 families were ahead of us. She never ever mentioned once store is closed . We were standing n waiting for our turn and after 15 minutes when our turn came she said so rudely store is closed and she just mentioned she was busy to tell beforehand and we requested so much to her we need only icecream no shakes but she was so rude to respond not even said with sorry phrase. Excellent service, the staff always serve you with a smile and are very friendly and energetic. Of course the ice cream is always really good! And even on hot days they always have plenty of flavours to choose from, never any shortage of flavours even when they are really busy.

As for the decor, the only flaw I can pick up on is the store itself is a little small considering how busy they get, and if at all possible, expanding themselves out so they have more tables and chairs would make dining here a perfect experience! Keep up the...
