Crust Pizza Essendon — Restaurant in Melbourne

This is the worst Crust outlet I've ever been to. I had a very bad experience, very poor customer service by management and outlet wasn't very hygienic either. They refused to deliver my order which I placed online using an online voucher and giving stupid excuses to deny my order that thats not a valid voucher(then why did your website accept it?). I offered to present the receipt of confirmation of my order which is from their own website but still they were in denial. I would recommend Crust to reconsider their franchise. Anyways I didn't want to waste my time further arguing as there are much better pizza places around and stepped down from the shop. I wish I would have never ordered on first place.

Good pizza as usual but refusal to accept responsibility for dishonest conduct last night means you are losing a loyal customer and community trust. My wife called, out of rush, to order a 2x signatures pizza deal - she was only offered a upsize option with sides we did not want. When I picked up the order and raised the issue with you for a cheaper ‘perfect pair’ option you advertised, you said she did not specifically ask otherwise you would have offered. I honoured our order by showing up and paying. You have done well upselling us for $2 more - but what poor business practice...

Scammers

I paid for my Uber Eats order and then after the order had all been completed they went ahead and changed the price on me. When I rang them they said it was a public holiday surcharge. Surely this needs to be made clear prior to me ordering and I need to authorise the increased payment!?!?! Dodgy and absolutely no morals.
