I've been so excited to try this place, heard such good things through word of mouth but was very disappointed. My husband and I came in I got a jumbo cone (the $12 seems fair to me as it's a lot of ice cream) and my husband got 2 scoops in a cup, I asked to test a flavour as I was considering getting a scoop on its own too, the sample size was literally the size of a single corn kernel. I got the extra scoop anyway as I was excited to be there and wanted to try the flavour, when we tried to pay cash the owner gave back my $10 note and said he couldn't accept it as the corner was torn a little, we tried explaining the bank will take it and or replace it with a new one but he refused to take it as the atm machine wouldn't accept it. Fair enough I guess but made it really awkward as I had to go back to the car and pay the rest by card, he did apologise but the vibes were just weird I guess. As we sat down a uber eats driver came in and politely showed his phone and said Uber eats pick up, basically just explaining what he was there to wait for and pick up. The owner instantly snapped at the driver raising his tone saying "yes it came in one minute ago it takes me longer than a minute to make food" a simple "no worries won't be long" would've been fine but it was just so jarring to see the owner react that way over nothing. That's when I decided to look at reviews and yea I believe every negative review. My husband and I even joked about how terrible it must be to work for that man... the ice cream was incredible but I don't think we will be back purely because we do not want to support a business run this way. Owner needs to seriously change the way he is dictating things.

We use to enjoy this place, but they’ve gone down hill lately. Every time we order from here there’s always items missing, drinks or donuts. Then tonight, once again, the drinks were missing. Not sure why its so difficult to read the order receipt and add everything in the bag. Not only that, the “supercones” which they charge $11 for, is no longer “super”, just a standard size cone where the ice cream isn’t even filled all the way up to the edge of the cone. I know I sound like a big girl, but honestly they should stop charging $11 for these things given the reduction in size. The ice cream is lovely but the service has failed too many times. Therefore, we won’t be coming back here anymore, which will prob be a good thing for the waistline lol.

I give ZERO stars. Bought a $32.00 ice cream cake on 20.2.25 for son's birthday, from "Dairy Blend" the very poor generic copy of Dairy Bell in Bayswater Nth. It was HORRIBLE!!! Nobody could eat it , even the small kids said "YUCK" I'm guessing it had been sitting there for 6 months or more as it was Old, very Icy and had Freezer Burn!!! (see photos) I have been asking politely for a refund for 2 weeks, the owner has been pretending he doesn't know how give a refund. So for the sake of $32.00, Here is your review.

The ice cream here is easily the best anywhere around, it’s not even a competition

But sadly whoever owns this place has absolutely no care for their staff, this place has a constant stream of customers even when it’s not peak time and they only ever have one staff member working, which puts them under extreme stress and pressure

The staff are so lovely and absolutely incredible at what they do but it’s clear that the owner needs to have ATLEAST 2 staff members on at all times if not more and they only ever have 1, this makes me so sad and makes us not want to visit because even tho the ice cream is fantastic and the staff are lovely you can tell they’re not cared for by the owner and over worked

I’ve worked under similar conditions where cheapskate bosses refuse to put more people on for work and make you work alone under extreme pressure because they don’t wanna spend a lil more money and it’s disgusting.

Put more staff on. The product is great and the workers are wonderful but having one worker on when there is like 20 people making huge orders is inhumane. Support your staff properly and have more staff working together. Been coming here for ages all on different times and days and it’s always the same, 1 person working with a massive amount of customers

It’s not fair on the staff and reflects poorly on the...

We went and ordered an Icecream Birthday Cake early in the week (found the shop closed when it was supposed to be open!) for the Friday of the week for pickup in the afternoon. Went back to the Store in the afternoon. My son went out of his way to collect the paid for Cake yesterday as arranged with the Store Keeper (Friday) and found the Store CLOSED again. We needed the cake for a birthday the following morning (today, Saturday). I called the Store and left a message late yesterday, no return call. My son called, no return call. I called again in the early evening and the phone was answered by a young sounding girl. Told her we were supposed to collect a birthday cake that afternoon but Store was closed. Oh um, sorry. I said we needed the cake for a birthday the next morning. Oh, I'll call my Boss. Told me to call back. I did. She said he would call me after 7 p.m. last night. Guess what??!?! NO CALL came. So we had no cake to go with the Birthday Lunch today, and my son went and collected it this afternoon. Store happened to be OPEN. So pretty useless cake in the end. Not happy. Will not use this Store again and will not recommend. Thats pretty poor. Perhaps change your Open Hours signs online and in...
