Normally I don’t do reviews but I went to this restaurant all I can say worst Indian food I ever had we went to celebrate and ask to serve pappadums and one drink 3 girls just gossiping there and don’t care what we requested and after 30 minute wait finally I decided to ask our toddler want it nobody cared and we realised they don’t care. I ordered cocktail Chandigarh rose came after one hour warm with full of mint leaves looks like mint saag drink with no vodka flat taste disgusting never had a warm drink like that and we ordered veg platter for variety of Entrees on it after nearly one hour platter came with full of paneer tikka and mushroom if they run out of stuff they staff should inform us but nobody bothered to ask or a swap option Tastless no salt no spices we haven’t ordered half kg paneer tikka guys I don’t know how they running restaurant god knows. We literally ruin our night and very bad customer service anyways still we ordered mains for chicken tawa girl came and served us burnt Lacha prantha garlic naan uncooked and we asked nobody served us curry how we gonna eat naans by itself another girl came out after 10 minutes with platter cabbage piece and capsicum dropping on the table no sense how to serve customers no cutlery or serviettes on the table. How to clean after dinner no salt no spices bland I told my husband no it’s time to go back because we literally spoiled our money for tasteless horrible food. Guys if you want to spoil your day this is the good option to go if I have any option to give them 0 stars I will give it to them but I don’t have any option here on Google their Management should know about these things we literally feel like we are unwanted guests here and staff doesn’t want to see customers and doesn’t care. We definitely no going to see this place...

I was picking up an order tonight that my brother placed. 1x veg fried rice and another veg fried rice family pack. We always order the same as we are vegetarian. Tonight when I picked up the order it looked different. There was 1x veg fried rice and some other type of rice in 4 x seperate containers. Usually the family pack comes in a big foil container. I rang my brother and got him to confirm the order to the girls on the floor. They apologised for incorrectly taking the order and told me it will be 5 mins to replace the order. After 30mins of wait the food arrived. I paid for the order and once arrived home realised they had got the order wrong again. There was one fried rice and a different rice type again in 4 x containers. My brother rang the restaurant and questioned why they had the wrong for the second time and why the family pack is packed in separate containers. Their reply was we have a new chef. Employing new staff is fine but they need to be trained properly first. I had to drive to the restaurant again and request that they replace the order. They refused and argued that this is the order we placed. I got them to bring the original docket and it had only 1 x veg fried rice and some other type of rice which proves they got the order wrong. No apologies no nothing and very hesitant to replace our order to the correct one even after telling them that we regularly order. Zero customer service skills and lack in communication skills. Manpreet is the staff member who took our original order. Will never order from here again. I ended up placing the order with Sharma sweets in Delahey. Beautiful food and great customer service. No...

The business has refused to provide a refund for an accidental order that was cancelled immediately, despite promising multiple times to do so.

Due to Aangan's confusing website, I mistakenly placed an order with Dhaba instead of another Aangan franchise. I immediately phoned Dhaba and was told that the order was cancelled and a refund would be provided. I followed up again the next by phone and email, and was given assurances by two separate people that a refund would occur within 2-3 business days.

2 weeks later, no refund had been given, so I phoned Dhaba again to ask what was going on. No explanation by the woman I spoke to - was just told to text my bank details and I'd get the refund in 2-3 business days. Why they couldn't do a simple refund through their online payment processing system is beyond me, but I just wanted the refund and so sent the details to their mobile number.

It's now been over a week, and despite the business saying that they would send me a receipt showing payment, they've sent nothing and stopped responding to my follow up messages.

Absolutely atrocious, unprofessional service. Dhaba should be ashamed for blatantly and repeatedly lying to me about an imminent refund, which they clearly haven't even bothered to try and do. I will be lodging a complaint with Consumer Affairs over this, and will be avoiding all Aangan...

We went as a big group with reservation so our table was kept ready. We assumed since we went on a public holiday, the servers were few (due to the rates & probably not expecting too many patrons). We ordered a lot of food as we were a hungry bunch. Ambience: Colourful and whimsical. A punjabi setup with props and statues to create the Punjabi vibe. Lots of private sitting booths for groups. Open seating plan and a party area too with a projector for catering to a party. Food: Generous servings and tasty. I don’t recommend their Manchow soup as that came in a big vessel and didn’t taste good at all. The rest of the food was good. Service: As mentioned, we went on a public holiday, so could probably attribute it to that. The adults food was served first and the kids later. The kids were starving and kept coming over to pick on our food which wasn’t pleasant as our conversations were interrupted quite a bit and creating a mess with the transfer. The dahi puri which was ordered at the start came at the end of all our meals which was disappointing too. The servers need to be trained on what dishes should be taken out when. They were always serving with a smile and obliged politely so we didn’t get upset with them. Just a room for improvement is always important. Overall a good place to dine.

Worst experience ever, burnt food, totally a wastage of time and money, staff didn’t even want to face the customer, I was standing at counter to talk to someone and the girl at counter was totally ignoring us, at-least talk to customer if you are at counter. Pls stop giving attitude to customer they are not there for it. It was our anniversary dinner, felt embarrassed in front of friends to host dinner at such a place where staff don’t care about customer service. Our mains arrived after an hour and for 12 people they just served curry’s and 4 naan out of 14 naan and forgot to give raita and salad and chef had a courage to serve burnt food, I wasn’t expecting this from Aangan.

The worst experience I had last night. I can understand when people make their name they don’t care about customer service. Dhabba by aangan is one example. Their were two girls at counter. Firstly, only two tables were booked when I reached there and my partner asked them can we sit on couch rather then table to get comfortable but they refused to us and on the other minute two guy came and they offer that couch to them. I’m attaching picture as well. Well, I got surprised to see this discrimination. But anyway I heard their food is good so I controlled myself and order the food. Which I am going to attach another photo because idk why I can’t upload two photos.
