My partner ordered me the Churro snack pack tonight through uber eats. REALLY over priced for what you get. The Nutella was supposed to be lightly drizzled on, instead they smothered my curros and fruit that much in Nutella I couldn't see said food. It looked like a sloppy mess, the churros were really dry and gave me instant heartburn. The fruit was all sloppy from the Nutella and didn't taste fresh. Long time and loyal customers placing orders every weekend for a night off like most people do these days. We ordered 2 large pizzas and a garlic bread. Fair enough the order took 45mins to arrive when the order was placed at 7.45pm (without the garlic bread) which arrived at 8.30pm. We then rang PD to inform them that the garlic bread did not arrive with the order and to no surprise, not even as much as a sorry for the inconvenience! THE garlic bread then arrived ANOTHER 45MINS LATER at 9.15pm when nobody was interested in it. Good job PD. Great way to keep loyal customers...
