Domino's Pizza Broadmeadows — Restaurant in Melbourne

A bit more attention to detail needed at Broadmeadows . I already had another bad experience with the Keilor east store such that I was offered a one off free pizza garlic bread and drink. I redeemed this offer online for pick up at Broadmeadows . When I walked in there was not acknowledgment by the cashier in front of me and after a minute or so wait one of the other workers came and greeted me. I saw my pizzas waiting said that’s mine there and I just need to pay for an extra. Fellow checked the order took my cash handed me the pizza and off I went. When i got home and sat down with fam to eat I realised I didn’t get the 1.25l drink in the offer. I was not going to drive 15 mins back so let it be. Bit disappointing that my first ever order was a failure and this second order that was provided free as a service recovery, also was also not without fail. Once again service side of things was a let down, just like the Keilor store, the Broadmeadows staff need to polish up the customer service side a bit and pay a bit more attention to the orders they hand out. Other than that they did a great job with the pizza’s. No problems there. Tasty and hot this time. Maybe it’s third time lucky for me… and next review can be a full 5 star one if there are no...

very disappointed with this place. I ordered couple things for delivery,. About 40 minutes later I’ve realised that it was taking so long so I had a look at the app and apparently my order was delivered. I called up and had asked them what has happened with my order? they said it’s been delivered. I told them that I haven’t received it. He puts me on hold than comes to the phone and tells me I’ll need to pick it up because apparently the driver was there for 15 minutes and he knocked couple times and called but no answer. I told them my phone was not with me but no one knocked. He denied it so I asked For a refund, he said sorry we can’t do that you can only pick it up. I hanged up and looked at the CCTV footage to make sure. The footage showed that the driver never got out f the car, he stayed in the car for at least 10 mins and drove off. I called them back and told them I’ve seen the footage at my place, described the drivers car and told them that the driver never got out. I offered to show them the footage. He placed me on hold again than said they will be there in 20 mins and hanged up in my face. Very very rude! Never ordering from this...

Ordered @ 4:53pm ... ETA on delivery tracker was 5:19pm food turned up at 5:45 with missing items. Called the store at 5:48pm to advise them they could barely understand me(broken english) when the man finally figured out why I was calling he said he would send the missing item out. That was at around 5:55pm when I got off the phone to them, well it’s 6:35pm and I still haven’t revieved my item so I call back and he assured me it was coming. It is now 6:49pm and still no missing item. What’s funny is I’m literally a 10 minute drive from this dominos. WORST store, WORST customer service. If you want to waste your money buy from Pizza Hut. Atleast they understand you. I am editing this post to say after 4 hours of calling the store asking where the rest of my order is they said to me 5 times it was out with the driver.. I still did not get my order. They lied on multiple occasions... so now they are refunding me my order and YOU GUESSED IT I still haven’t gotten my items. For reference all I got was a half arsed made...
