I don't normally leave bad reviews for one instance of an issue. But this was the 3rd time in a row we had issues with delivery service of Bundoora branch within last few months. This time our order arrived 50min after the app notifed that the order is picked up and it's on its way. Our place is only 8min from the shop. I called the shop 10 min before we receive the order. After several times calling, they finally answered the phone and said the order was picked up ages ago but the driver said he only picked it up 10min ago. Also the drink was missing from our order with obviously cold pizzas. I called the branch several times but no one picked up. Last 2 times the orders were cancelled without receiving any notification from the app or receiving any call (not sure if it's the app glitch or the branch). Both times, I called the branch 40-50min after submitting the order to follow up and they simply said that they didn't have their delivery person and had to cancel the order. Please DO NOT accept delivery service if you cannot provide it or let the customer know when you cancel the order. People plan on their dinner. It's embarrassing in front of guests after waiting for one hour to say, you have to wait for another hour to order food from somewhere . Read moreWorst dominos ever! Every time I ordered, messed up the order every single time. If you don’t have something then don’t accept orders! They will change your order without asking you and then argue they were busy. No courtesy to call and ask customers and let them know. I was on a phone call and instead of being apologetic the guy blames me and says, ‘i don’t see it your way’ argues for 20 minutes and then asks me to come and show the order to him in his store because he thinks his customers are liar. I paid for the delivery and he’s asking me to drive down to the store to prove myself that I am not a liar. And they simply have this image in their mind that everybody is after free stuff and hence is complaining. Not everyone wants free stuff!!! Some people actually care for customer service! Which is not a thing here I guess!! And they also argue that if they were out of something and they replaced it with something, they did us a favour. Oh my god! Is this customer service? Read moreTerrible! First, when we alerted the delivery driver that we didn't receive our garlic bread he asked my partner to "forget about it." Then when my partner said he would just ring the store for a refund, the delivery driver asked him not to or he'd get fired. He then said "he's try to sort something out." Then we realised that two pizzas that were meant to be deep crust were classic crust. So my partner rang the store. They answered with a "hello?" and when my partner asked if it was Domino's he just said "yeah." My partner told him that we didn't get the garlic bread and the pizzas were made with the wrong crust, he was told that the dough had been fermented and come out wrong and that's why it appeared to be classic. No offer of refund or remake. How can you make bad crust and just expect people to be ok with it? If you make it wrong, you make it again correctly, surely! The garlic bread finally arrived about half an hour later, despite the fact that it's about a 5 minute drive away. And lastly, a thin crust pizza was so dry and overcooked it was awful. 0 out of 5 stars, definitely will never buy Domino's...
